房间完全没有隔音，两间房子之间居然还有一个木门，应该是套间改成两间房子，一脚就能把门打开，讲话听的一清二楚，完全就是两家人住在一间房子的感觉，没有任何的安全感可言

近十年去过普吉三次，入住了不下10个酒店，这次的体验是最差的，下次不会再住这个酒店了。

本次在普吉入住NOVOTEL的体验非常不好。首先，我预定的是家庭房，写的入住4人，实际check in的时候，被前台加收1个人头的入住及早餐费用，多付了500多元，这与预定提供的信息完全不符，是非常不合理的，由于语言问题，只能被强制收取该费用（而在曼谷的ibis我们同样预定的家庭房，就没有遇到这个问题），我认为雅高集团的管理尤其前台员工与客人的沟通是有问题的；第二，家庭房的条件相当简陋，与OTA平台预定页面的照片差距比较大，且家庭房位于入口的山脚处，去前台非常不方便，虽然可以叫酒店的小车来接，但总体上对于不希望太多打搅工作人员的客人来说，体验不佳；第三，说的下午2点办理入住，我们办好手续，2点已过，还等了很久，询问前台一位女性工作人员，对方很没有礼貌，表现出对中国人的歧视。

First, I would like to clarify your booking: you reserved a family room, which is designed to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. However, we noticed that you arrived with 3 adults and 1 child, which is why we charged for the extra person. The hotel is situated on a hill, offering beautiful ocean and city views that many of our guests truly appreciate; however, we do not specify the view location of the rooms in our descriptions. We also apologize for the delay in your check-in process and are actively working to improve this aspect of our service. 服务不错，住的也不错，但房间设施太旧，泳池关门太早，泳池边上不可抽烟，下次可以要楼上的房间
