房间第二天没给小费,矿泉水都没有,房间打扫也很差,高价预定,情侣入住居然给安排的2楼双床房,不会再去,拉黑传给周围人

Please accept our apologies for the poor room cleaning service. This is unacceptable, regardless of tipping, and does not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. Your comments have been shared directly with our management for immediate review and corrective action. We are also very sorry to learn about your dissatisfaction with the room allocation. Providing a twin room on a lower floor for a couple, especially considering the rate paid, is understandably frustrating. We regret that this was not handled more thoughtfully at the time of your stay. We understand how upsetting this experience has been, and we truly regret losing your trust. While we respect your decision, please know that your feedback is taken very seriously and will be used to improve our service and internal communication to prevent similar situations in the future. 前台部分人员能力较差,非常不专业!有升级权益还让加钱!房间吵,办入住时带着孩子来来回回让我们楼上楼下跑好几趟,工作人员不懂得变通!没有中文服务,英语也不行,泰文也不会,我想知道她到底来自哪里?

定了两间房三晚,一共1w多人民币,同行人生病了 提供了医院就诊病例和很多报告单,依然没有任何人道主义给退款或者部分退款。
