位置不错,酒店服务也很好,美中不足的是临街的房间隔音不好,靠近主路,晚上摩托车的声音还是很刺耳。

当天我们是凌晨1-2点才到的酒店,办理入住时候的前台人员是所谓的值班经理(后来经其他前台普通员工指认),只说了一句客人名下有2个订单,也没有及时提醒是哪2个渠道的订单,未尽到提醒客人及时取消重复预定的入住订单,有可能被重复扣款的风险。后续客人自己发现多余的订单通过平台取消却被酒店拒绝了。期间客人利用尚未离开酒店的时间与酒店方积极沟通,但酒店方刚开始态度强硬,强调只能通过平台反映此事,但平台说是酒店方单方面拒绝取消订单的请求,导致了此笔未入住的订单被扣款了。后来酒店方出来个所谓的总经理,表示会积极解决这个事情,也会给我们回电话及发邮件。但截止通过我们自己与平台积极沟通解决此事了,也没见着酒店方就此事的道歉邮件,太不把客人当回事了。作为雅高集团旗下的酒店,就这样的员工素质和对客人的漠视么? 另外,早餐厅里苍蝇乱飞,酒店明知有那么多苍蝇的情况下,也不给食物盖罩子,所有入口的食物完全就裸露着,都被污染了;客房房间里的空调位置低且紧邻床铺,风口对着床吹,让人不舒服,噪音还大的很,休息不好;淋浴花洒不写清楚怎么使用,我们一行4人头一天晚上都摸索了半天也没捣鼓出水,第二天早上叫了服务员才知道怎么用,就不能贴个使用说明么?

After reviewing the details with our team, we can confirm that during check-in we informed your daughter that two reservations were listed under your name and showed both booking numbers. When we asked for confirmation, she advised us that the second booking was not made by your party. Based on this information, we explained that the booking would be treated as a no-show according to hotel and platform policies. On the following day, we also sent a notification through Trip.com requesting acknowledgement before proceeding. As no response was received, the booking was processed in line with the terms of the reservation. Although our procedures were followed, we are sorry if our communication did not feel clear or supportive enough during this process. We will continue to improve how we guide and assist our guests in similar situations. We also appreciate your comments regarding breakfast hygiene, room facilities, and cleanliness. We have already shared this feedback with our culinary, housekeeping, and engineering teams to ensure immediate improvements are made. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. 边上就有很多可以吃饭的地方,可惜住的时间有点短,没有好好发掘周边游玩项目。酒店的早餐服务还是很到位的,制作披萨小饼的大叔很热情的给每一位顾客推荐小饼,味道也很不错。整体住宿感受不错,酒店保安也是笑脸相迎,非常热情的帮助我们搬行李。整体还是很值得推荐别人来普吉芭东旅游的话,来这个酒店住宿。唯一有点缺憾的可能就是阳台这里的门开关有点费事,得要把窗帘全部拉开才能完整打开阳台的门。还有每日房间清洁服务里,感觉不够上心,酒店咖啡喝完之后的杯子,应该就是卫生间水槽这里直接洗的,洗完之后也是直接摆放在了卫生间。
