I visited avista with my friends and family. First two days of my stay were not so good as their room service staff doesn't understand english well so there is a big communication gap so they should enroll more staff that understands english or may be for indians they should come up with a separate staff team for room service. They don't really believe in giving quick room service they normally take 30-45 mins to bring the order. Then when it comes to breakfast it turned out to heaven when we met Ashishji, Vishal and Goldy aa they cooked special meals for us that was authentic north indian meals samosas and chole batoore otherwise they only have only two indian dishes for breakfast everyday and these three Ashish, Vishal and Goldy hosted us so well we felt so homely because of them. These three are the best assets of Avista.Everything we asked them to prepare they specially prepared the dishes and they were amazing. Videsh me gharvwali feeling aa gai😀 Jee and Hong, there playarea staff is again so good and cooperative. They took so good care of our toddlers and were very humble and nice. They make kids do many activities and assist kids so well so they were 10/10.❤️ There pools are not clean specially the riverside obe they had dead flies and bees floating in it so its better to get it cleaned as it was not safe for anyone. One more incident happened with us while checking out they said one of the liquor bottle is opened in our room and when we checked not a sip was taken from that bottle thought it was not pack seal whereas we guys don't drink and that too with a two year old child in our they shouldn't have thought about this. They should check there housekeeping staff not guests for such things. So it was sweet as well as bitter stay. Its just there Indian restaurant staff was very nice and humble as well as play area staff too. So if anyone visits there from north india do meet Ashishji (he is from jaipur), Vishal and Goldy for some amazing Indian food and visit there play area too with ur little ones for some amazing activities instructed by Jee & Hong. Excellent hotel, definitely 5*. An amazing selection of pools/Restraunts with one being voted the best steak and seafood Restraunt in Phuket. Great selection for breakfast included in your stay. The staff here are amazing catering for all your needs and very polite.

We had a lovely stay here. Kids loved the pool with the beautiful view, the breakfast buffet, and getting the buggies around the property which is quite big and hilly. I found the staff very friendly and looked after us very well. We stayed in a pool villa with a private pool, outdoor bath and shower, and big bathroom which was beautiful. It’s a little out of busy patong so nice and quiet but the hotel has a free shuttle into Patong a couple of times a day. There’s a small strip of shops and a 7 eleven right outside the hotel which was handy. The kids loved the fire show at the hotel, very cool. Thanks to Pang for checking us in to a beautiful room with an upgrade when we were tired and arrived straight from the airport. Paul was very helpful looking after us and suggesting where to go and how to get there.
