기념일을 맞이하여 방문하였습니다. 방문하기 전 기념일 서비스를 요청하였는데 홈 데코레이션 뿐 아니라 제일 좋은 방으로 업그레이드를 해주었습니다. 서비스에 매우 감동했습니다. 조식 메뉴도 다양했고, 점심은 수영장 풀 사이드 바에서 식사를 했는데 전부 만족스러웠습니다. 푸켓에 방문하게 되면 다시 방문할 호텔입니다.

얼리 체크인은 못해주더라도 정해진 체크인 시간은 맞춰야한다고 생각합니다만, 제 시간에도 객실이 준비되지 않았다고 대기 하라더라구요.. 더운 로비에서 처음 부터 기분 상했습니다. 외부의 월풀욕조는 관리를 하지 않는건지.. 사용하려니 직접 청소하고 사용해야 했습니다. 하이티 1회 제공되는 룸에 묵었고, 다음날 하이티를 예약하려니 당일은 예약불가 & 24시간 전 예약이 필요하다고 하네요. 2박 머무르는 고객은 첫날에 예약하지 않으면 이용할 수 없으니 바로 예약하라고 체크인에 설명하였어야 한다고 생각합니다. 컨시어지에서는 대체안도 주지 않고 알아서 식당에 가서 부탁 해보라는데 이런 서비스 받아야 하나 싶었습니다. 빠통이지만 외진곳에 있어 택시도 잘 잡히지 않고 배달도 불가합니다. 안그래도 교통비가 비싼 빠통에서 거리 대비 2~3배라고 생각하면 될 것 같습니다. I think they should have kept the check-in time even if they couldn't offer early check-in. However, even at my scheduled time, they told me to wait because the room wasn't ready. The hot lobby was a real disappointment from the start. The outdoor whirlpool bathtub seemed unmaintained, so I had to clean it myself before using it. I stayed in a room that included a one-time high tea, and when I tried to reserve a high tea for the next day, they said same-day reservations weren't available and that reservations needed to be made 24 hours in advance. Guests staying two nights shouldn't have been told to make reservations on the first day, so they should have explained this at check-in. The concierge didn't offer any alternatives and told me to go to the restaurant and ask for it myself. I didn't really want to accept this kind of service. It's located in a remote area of ​​Patong, so taxis are difficult to find and delivery isn't available. Transportation costs are already expensive in Patong, so expect the price to be two to three times higher than the distance.

메인 레스토랑에서는 쥐가 돌아다녀 손님들이 놀라고 체크인 매니져는 태국이 원래 그렇다는 설명은 납득할 수 없었음. 아코르 그룹 5성급 라조트를 푸켓 일반 식당과 동일시 설명하는 이해할 수 없는 저급한 서비스는 처음 경험해봄

맨 처음 대응하신 분이 좀 능숙하지 못했음 자꾸 다시 데스크 가서 물어보고 오고 정신 없어서 전달도 제대로 못받고 웰컴 드링크조차 제공 못받은 것은 아쉬움 전체적으로는 만족함
