Dear Valued Guest, 😊 Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay, and we truly regret that we did not meet your expectations. We are very sorry to hear about the cleanliness concerns, including the presence of hair O. the bedding and in the bathroom. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. Your comments have been immediately shared with our Housekeeping team to reinforce inspection procedures and quality control checks before room allocation. 🧹 We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the faulty conditioner dispenser. While we are glad the team was able to replace it upon request, we understand that such maintenance issues should ideally be identified in advance through proper room checks. This will be reviewed with our Engineering and Housekeeping departments to strengthen preventive inspections.
