We just finished a week at the Novotel Vintage resort and it’s been excellent! The rooms are spacious and the resort is lovely and clean. Great large pool and bars/restaurants. The most impactful part of our stay were the incredible staff here. They’ve all been so lovely and welcoming; with a special shout out to Mister A Sport, the pool lifeguard that saved my son and became his friend. He has become my son’s hero and it’s been fun interacting with him for our stay. Thank you for the great holiday Novotel, we will be back :)

We would like to sincerely thank the Novotel team for our wonderful winter stay. We stayed for nearly one month, and the entire hotel team truly made us feel at home from the very beginning. We stayed in a pool access room, which was a fantastic experience. The pool itself was very large and beautiful. The only small downside was that children were allowed in all areas, which at times made it a little stressful, but overall it did not take away from our enjoyment. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. What really made it special was the amazing staff—always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Special thanks to Joseff, Mint, Pham, Kew, Bow, Khom, Sand, Fai, Porng, Pham, August and Mars. We would also like to thank Dew for the warm welcome every morning. I celebrated my birthday during our stay, and the hotel staff made it truly special and memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Khom and Mart for helping organize everything so perfectly. Finally, special thanks to the reception team—Jen, Raya, and Gang—for their professionalism, kindness, and constant support throughout our stay. We truly had a memorable experience and would happily return to Novotel again.

We had an amazing stay at Novotel Vintage Phuket in Patong with my family. From the moment we checked in, everything was perfect. We were warmly welcomed by Sun at reception, who made the check-in process smooth and friendly and immediately made us feel at home. The whole resort has such a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The staff are genuinely friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the overall environment is perfect for families. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed every moment and created wonderful family memories here. If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, and family-friendly hotel in Patong, this is a great choice. We would definitely love to come back again!

Amazing just amazing. Service is on top, such nice workers and very helpful and kind. Pool is super big just like advertised. There are always activities for the kids and even teens. Just a small thing which could have improvement is the pools tiles which aren’t a big problem but can cause scratches. Otherwise really recommend the resort!
