Disappointing hotel with insufficient service and worn down rooms. The hotel is really disappointing. Generally the hotel is tired and should be upgraded in Commons areas as well as the rooms. Service was equally disappointing as we had asked for an extra couch bed, which we could not get. We had expected more of a Novotel hotel.

Dear Samsung Geneva, We are sorry to hear that you found our hotel lacking in both service and room quality, Regarding the extra bed request, I am truly sorry that we were unable to accommodate you during your stay. Our rooms can accommodate 2 Adult's and 2 Children under 16 years old sharing the same bed with their parents, however we do have a sofa bed that is free of charge for your convenience. Please take note as well that standard room cannot place an extra bed due to the space. I have noted your comments about the room conditions and service we will addressed with our management team. The hotel has a good central location and good ambience at the lobby. The rooms need a little better upkeep and the back side of the hotel is a marshy swamp which seen from the path leading to the rooms and smells bad. We were staying with a baby and they had to be told multiple times to get the room cleaned as they just wouldn’t do it initially. The service which I assume is due to the policies are very child unfriendly. Couple of instances when they just refused to give the child a simple thing like an apple at breakfast. This is pathetic when they call themselves a family friendly hotel. They are extremely inflexible and refuse to Give the child some cereal 2 mins past the breakfast time. Not even something they have to cook but just fetch considering they are a so called family and child friendly hotel. Staff weren’t friendly and can do well to be little more courteous. In an instance the front office associate forced me to buy breakfast at a higher price even though she knew I was an Accor plus member and would have got breakfast at half price with my card. The hotel is found wanting to be called an Accor brand

That is the worst service I ever had in my life from 4* call place. It's overcrowded and understaffed. Very squised territory, infrastructure is out of demand, we were waiting for breakfast in the line gor 30 minutes. Very overpriced and not worth to go.

It had a great pool and the room was pretty standard, although only 1 chair on the balcony meant you couldn’t sit outside together. The location was good right in the heart of Patong but it was the wrong side of the road from the beach and main entertainment area and the road was a nightmare to cross, you literally had to take your life in your hands. The main reason this hotel lost a star on the rating was the housekeeping. I have never stayed in a hotel where they are still cleaning rooms at 5 or 6pm and our room seemed to be one of the last rooms EVERY day. When you have been out all day all you want to do is shower and relax before you go out for dinner, and to get back at 5pm and find your room has not been serviced yet was exasperating. It spoilt my stay for me.

허니문으로 가게되었으며, 침대위에 있던 코끼리가 참 인상적이었습니다. 호텔 내의 식당에 직원들이 매우 친절하였으며, 시간이 많이 없어서 호텔 수영장을 이용하지 못한게 아쉽습니다.
