Firstly hotel and all staff are superb, nothing is too much for them, food amazing, but have to say our room attendant Mook treated us like family ensuring our room was always spotlessly clean, toiletries stocked every day. Truley felt like luxury. Thank you so much for a wonderful time and we'll see you December 2025

I am currently at the hotel. I can not praise this hotel enough. Had a bad experience with a taxi driving off with my phone and then my phone details getting accessed. The hotel staff went over and above to help me. I feel very safe here. All staff are friendly. They can not do enough for you. Reception staff are excellent, as are all staff around the hotel. The duty manager is very helpful and kind also. Our room is a little cramped with 3 of us staying here (so not a lot of room to move around our cases), but that hasn’t affected our holiday as the cleaning staff have been excellent, putting our room in order every day. There isn’t a single thing wrong with this hotel - but the staff are amazing. I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends and I will be booking here again. Thank you very much to everyone who has helped me during my stay. Joann (room 530).

It was nice to be back here to stay and great to be welcome back. We stayed in a pool access very relaxing, great meals, friendly staff, great service, clean room, very relaxing massage we had, we had 3rd visits and absolutely we will be back again and happy to recommend to my friends, my family and to anyone who wants to enjoy Patong. I would like to thank you to Nong, Bell and staff at Ryn, to Kai, Jasmin, Deer, New, Ryan, Earn, Fin, Fon, Ar, Floy, Pen and staff at the Restaurant, to U, Pla and Kate at the Craft Beer Lounge, and at the service dest and the Bell staff. Another great stay here at pool access room. Great meals and absolutely great staff. Couples massage at the Ryn every second day is fantastic. Drinks at Craft Beer lounge is a great place to unwind. This is our 3rd stay here and we will be back. As always special thanks to Kai, Jasmin, Deer, Fin, Fon, Earn, New, Pen,Floy, Ryan, Ar at the restaurant and U, Pla and Kate at the bar. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the exceptional service and hospitality provided to my family. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable experience. We booked the pool access room, and it was perfect! Having direct access to the pool made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. A special thank you to General Manager Sebastian, whose leadership was evident in the attentive and friendly service we received throughout our stay. … especially Nas, Jasmine, Ryan, Nut, the entire front office team and the team st Bubbles were all so accommodating and made us feel right at home.
