방 내부와 화장실 인테리어는 좋았으나 수질이 좋은편은 아니라서 샤워기 필터기는 꼭 필요합니다

언제 어느순간에나 모든 직원분들이 친절합니다. 타지에 나가서 특히 해외에 갔는데 언어가 통하지 않는 곳임에도 직원분들의 친절함을 느낄 수 있었어요. 덕분에 편안하게 숙박하고 왔습니다. 그리고 물이 몇병이든 무료인게 아주 좋았어요.

도로 소음이 너무 심해서 잠을 잘 수가 없음. 베란다로 통하는 문은 전혀 밀폐되지 않아서 문을 열고 있는것과 같음. 아코르 플래티넘 멤버에 대한 대우가 매우 좋지 않아서 재방문 의사가 없음. 조식이 기본 제공인데, 2번 이상 계산을 요구함. 객실요금도 사전 결제 하였으나, 체크인시 다시 결제 요청함. 조용한 객실을 요청했으나 도로 변에다가 엘리베이터 바로 옆방을 제공함. 레이트 체크아웃은 고작 14시에 제공. 충분한 휴식을 취하지 못함.

We are sorry to hear about the excessive road noise and the issue with the veranda door sealing, which clearly impacted your ability to rest. This is certainly not the level of comfort we aim to provide, and your feedback has been shared with our teams for immediate review and corrective action. Please accept our apologies for the billing inconveniences regarding both the prepaid room and the breakfast charges. This is unacceptable, and we understand how frustrating this must have been. Our front office team has been informed to investigate this matter thoroughly to prevent any recurrence. We also regret that your room allocation did not align with your request for a quiet room and that the proximity to the roadside and elevator further affected your stay. Additionally, we are sorry that the late check-out arrangement did not provide the rest you needed, particularly given your loyalty status. Your comments regarding the recognition and treatment of Accor Platinum members are taken very seriously. This is not reflective of our service standards, and we deeply regret that we failed to deliver the level of care and appreciation you deserve. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.
