시끄러운 숙박인은 경고도 없었고 주위 사람에게 너무 피해를 줬음. 정말 최악의 호텔이며, 방음도 안되며, 복도에서 담배를 피운 꽁초까지 확인함.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your stay was disrupted by noise from another guest and that this affected your rest — we understand how frustrating that can be, especially late at night. We also regret that you felt our response on the night did not meet your expectations. As a new hotel in a lively, tropical destination like Patong, we are continuously working on balancing our vibrant location with guest comfort, including reinforcing night monitoring, corridor checks, and sound awareness. Your comments regarding soundproofing, hallway cleanliness, and communication have been noted and shared internally for review. Regarding deposits, this is a standard practice applied consistently across all guest categories, including loyalty members, and refunds are processed according to banking timelines, which may vary by country and provider. We appreciate your honest feedback — even when it’s tough to hear — as it helps us grow and improve as we settle into our early journey as TRIBE Phuket Patong.
