Good quality resort with big rooms. Rooms were clean and there were extra accessories available for pool (slippers etc). Staff was very kind and helpful.There was a regular shuttle connection between the resort and Patong central.

언덕위에 있으나 패밀리스위트룸에도 불구하고 전혀 전망이 없었고 1층이라 벌레가 많음. 숙박 후 훨씬 저렴한 아비스타가 만족도가 더 좋았음. 센트럴셔틀과 라운지 서비스는 좋았음.

I have had some problemes with my room's phone, and it's not the first time. It was out of order during my last days. There is no curtain around the bath-tub, so, water follows down on the ground. It's impossible to stop air conditioned In the room. It was too cold and very uncomfortable.

Room is newly renovated (2 years according to staff) but rest of property is old and needs to be upgraded. Bfast is disappointing with same fare everyday and 50% of the buffet is Indian food. The Ruen Thong Thai Restaurant is another disappointment. Half the menu is Thai cuisine and the other half is (again) Indian. The Thai food is also not as authentic as it should be. I would suggest for really good Thai cuisine, go to the Baan Rim Pa across the road from the hotel. Classy decor, fantastic food and service and cost the same as (the food) in the hotel. The only thing that made up for the shortfall of this old property is the friendly staff.

In regards of Breakfast since our in house guests are mixed so we provided a massive of selection International, Asian, fresh fruit cutting, assorted bakery and pastries yes we had 4 choices of Indian with rotation on daily basis, on top of it we had fresh coffee bean by BonCafe which is beneficially for coffee lover. Again, we are highly appreciated for the value feedback received which is helped to improve our products and services to be rest assured your stay with us is memorable as the most as much as possible. 깨긋하다. 음식의 맛이 좋다. 수영장이 작지만 다양한 깊이가 있어 재미있게 놀 수 있다. 100동 라인은 가장 아래에 위치해 있어 로비까지의 이동이 힘들다. 시내로가는 셔틀이 없다? 찾지 못힜다.

I stayed in Novotel Phuket Resort at early October and I was fully satisfied. The infrastructure was very nice, especially swimming pools. All Novotel staffs were very kind and gentle. I hope to visit and enjoy the hotel very soon again.

Again and again, Thai hospitality trumps everything. We had an issue with the room upon checking-in but reception sorted it out for us nicely and we were very grateful. The General Manager even took time out to come meet us the next day to make sure everything ok. This property is just walking distance to Patong Beach and all its trappings
