Best place!!! Emmy is the best!! Don’t miss out we love it here. Rooms are updated, super clean. If you plan a trip definitely book here. They booked everything made it easy, even the transportation from airport to the hotel was easy. I would recommend!!

Emmy was absolutely amazing!! The hotel is super welcoming and has a great atmosphere. Was greeted and helped right away! Beautiful place, Emmy was able to answer all questions and was super helpful on our check in process. Highly recommend staying here!!

The hotel looks and is amazing, it’s a shame the staff are so poor. The welcome was lovely and we were looking forward to a relaxing stay. Sadly the staff’s inability to service guests lets the hotel down. It’s in a beautiful secluded location and has regular shuttles into Patong should you need it. The hotel is located in a steep hillside so you are transported around via golf buggy. This is great when you arrive. Sadly not so when you wish to leave your room and have to call twice to get one to come. Then give up after 20minutes and have to take the exhausting walk up to the lobby. Which is very poorly signposted so be prepared to get lost. The lack of staff attention allowing this to happen is not good. The pools are beautiful however, if you make a point at check in to promote your swim up bar’s then at least have staff at them? We visited two pools and ended up having to go and find staff to try to get a drink! Only one came, took our order then disappeared and never came back! Eventually after searching for 1/2 hour (we’d been drink less at the pool for over an hour) we found more staff, who, although profusely apologetic, were equally inept. We asked for a food menu & again, just sat there like lemons waiting….& waiting. At breakfast, it was sadly a similar story. We had to chase staff around just to get a coffee. This meant our stay was in no way relaxing. We intended to extend our stay if it was as how other guests had described on Trip Advisor. We checked out after 1 night. We live in Thailand and really want all hotels and businesses to succeed so we made our feelings productively know upon check out. We were promised a response from the hotel manager….5 days later, we are still waiting…. Really hope they get someone with some staff and customer service management skill in as a hotel of this nature deserves it.

Arrival was quick and easy. Room was very spacious and welcoming. Hotel staff was very nice and motivated to make your stay unforgettable. I highly enjoyed the pick up service they provided from the hotel room with a golf cart. The food was great and perfectly balanced. The three pools were all very luxurious and clean and we very much enjoyed sunbathing there. The cocktails at the pool bars were very good. The turndown service was excellent and they always made up our room to our liking. The hotel itself was very spacious and modern with a lovey touch of Thai tradition. I would like to give a special thanks to the porter named Yazz who was always open for a conversation and always projected his positive energy onto us. I would like to thank you very much for making this trip the best we could have ever imagined. We will definitely be coming back again.
