The best service from miki and the best hotel and the location is great near from everything's and miki is so helpful and friendly with all guests. The service are great and the staff are so friendly . I highly suggest and recommend to stay in this hotel

Fabulous breakfast buffet , near Patong beach, one minute walk to Seven eleven^^^^^@…@ , 200 THB taxi fee from Central Plaza. ......enjoy or stays for my family Annual journey. Suttle bus service is convenient......................!!!

我重來不是一個去完一間酒店後會寫評論的人,但今次體驗真是非常差,所以希望去訂酒店的時候唔好因為品牌/地位放便/感覺靚而去訂這一間酒店. 今次係因為有慶祝活動所以諗住洒店環境好,酒店有名氣,有浴缸,泳池靚所以決定訂. 到步酒店下車後,沒有酒店職員幫忙安排行李,重點lobby 不是忙碌. Check in 後入房,將所有物品unpack 後去沖涼,發現浴缸出來的水是黃色(起初以為是一陣子)但原來不是.我們已經立即打去Reception 告知原因,係房間等了差不多15分鐘都沒有回應,之前要我們走返去Reception 才說給我們換房屋. 房間換了之後,我們因為有dinner appointment 所以一定要先沖洗一下,發現房屋沒有毛巾(我相信housekeeping)完全忘記了吧!哪我們只好又打電話去Reception 沒有毛巾. 最後我們因為這些原因,晚餐時間遲了大半小時. 晚上回房間,原本最終浴缸水也是黃的,我們已經放棄打電話了. 但我們有寫email 給GM我們的體驗, 最終洒店的service recovery 係話late check out 去到3點,不過佢冇問我哋班機係幾多點其實我們也用不着,因為我的飛機是在下午2:00. 他們根本都沒有問我飛機時間,就諗住我有這個需要. I had working in the hotel industry for more than 10 years , I totally understand after gueat complain , service recovery is very important , but the front office manger replay us the email I can not feel he is very apologetic for our check in and in room experience. Or even he don care after we changing the room , is everything was fine. I just want to ask is this really your hotel service. What a unsatisfied stay experience we had this time. I will not recommend this hotel to either my friends and family.

Everything was wonderful and very good . We stayed for 1 night but it was improved well. A lovely stay, beautiful room and thanks to Bew who reminded us upon checking out that we forgot something. Otherwise it would be difficult for us to get them back after leaving the hotel. Staff was very nice. Also a lovely gybnamed Pao who brought us stuff from the room. Thanks all of you. We would come back next time ❤️👍
