We have a beautiful new year night. It’s my first time of our experience here. I love the casino team, color and atmosphere. So cool ❤️ Thank you the team at 360 the video was so cute 🥰 Thank you Frankie to invite us this night. If I have an opportunity to come back. I’ll be there next year for sure. By the way, I also love music 🎶 for the whole night.

We stayed for 8 nights and 9 days at Novotel Phuket Resort and had an amazing experience. The location is ideal—close to Patong Beach with stunning views, especially at sunset. Rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable for families. The pools are well-maintained, and the kids’ pool was a big plus. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with both local and international dishes. The staff were sooo friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Their attention to detail and care for children was outstanding. Overall, a fantastic choice for families and couples. Highly recommended—we would definitely come back!

This hotel made my new year holiday absolutely amazing. The hotel rooms are spacious and housekeeping and room service has absolutely outstanding service. They’re fast, neat and clean and deliver service with a smile. Down by the pools you’ll find the Herring bar, amazing service there with Mr Ton, Mr Best and Ms Peemai, and great happy hour deals (missing my 2 for 1 already). Location for this hotel is right next to Patong beach where you can sip on your coconut and swim in the clear and warm water. There is a restaurant located near reception called the pinnacle sky bar, they were warm, welcoming and had such great food that I ate there two nights in a row! My only complaint is the wifi, which didnt always connect and was weak when it did, but this did not put a damper on this experience at Novotel as you keep pretty busy anyway! I can’t wait to come back to Thailand and know exactly where I’ll be staying <3

It was my third time staying at the hotel. We had a beautiful sea view room - it’s completely worth it. The staff was very pleasant and helpful - it makes a huge difference which makes you want to come back to the hotel. The service and food was excellent!

A lovely hotel with the most friendliest staff especially Arthur he couldn’t do enough for us as a family. Great location, short walk to the beach able to walk to the hussle and bussle if you would like ( great experience) or a couple of mins taxi ride. So much to do close by We booked for 2 adults 2 children 14 &12 , room quite small had king size bed with a small sofa bed for one. Had to share king bed with 3 people.
