This place and its staff are absolutely amazing!!!! Our first time to Thailand and we have already rebooked for December 2025 next year! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Can I please say a special mention to Add, Krot, Dew, Jub, Beau and Dan. All staff are so friendly and genuine, but these six people are extremely beautiful and made our stay extra special just interacting with them every day. So thank you so much everyone. Relaxing stay, clean facilities and great place for families

Our 4th stay here over the past 10 years and always an enjoyable experience. Breakfast options- plenty to pick to suit all needs. A kids corner, cereals, bakery section, egg station, noodle station, and more! Lunch - plenty to pick from again. Happy hour at the pool bar 4-6pm - buy 1 get 1 free (of same drink). The swim out spa rooms are a great choice- easy access straight in to the pool. Plenty of activities if you choose to stick by the hotel. Location is great- a short 5 min walk down 1 street and you are at the beach. Access to money exchange, mini mart on level 1 and tour bookings. There is a gym, 7pm-9pm - I do wish it was open earlier from 5am or 6am as I like to exercise before the family wakes up and we have breakfast together. About 4 cardio machines, dumbbells, and some weighted machines with. Smith machine as well. Friendly staff, and a lovely stay once again.

We had a pleasant stay, stayed 12 nights in room 5106. The room was clean, and we had an excellent breakfast and dinner, speed wifi, and everything was 100% perfect; the secret of making our stay fabulous was the team members without exception, special thanks to Raya FO supervisor and the F&B team Tae and Ice. I have been returning to this hotel for several years and have always enjoyed it ... but not this time! I arrived at 2pm and my room was not available for over 2 hours (surprising, as I am a platinum member and I already let them know when I'd arrive). I was not given a time-scale and was simply waiting and waiting without knowing. I decided to wait near the pool bar and had some water. As I was feeling unwell, I needed to go to the toilet - I left the money to pay on the table, told someone what i had done, but they still ran after me as though I'd not paid. After the 2 hours wait, I returned to reception. Eventually the bar staff asked me if I needed a drink, but just wanted my room. I asked to speak to a manager, but nobody came. When I eventually spoke to someone from reception, it seems that my room was already ready - yet nobody had called me to let me know. This is not how I expect to be treated as a loyal customer and platinum member. No apology came from the hotel management. I am sorry to say, but I think I shall not be returning to this hotel. I have to say thanks to the bell boys who all took care of me.

Not the expected experience from a Novotel. Unlike what is advertised, nobody speaks French here. Sometimes water is muddy in the bathroom (see photos). People smoke everywhere, even in the swimming pool (no control). They can even smoke cannabis, nobody cares. Very noisy rooms, terrible neighbors. Doors close horribly loudly. Bed not good, very average, not what we expect for this level of price. The safe doesn’t work. The aircon is very difficult to set. Room service quite slow. Have to ask the reception in person to clean the room, a simple call won’t make it happen. Breakfast quite good, restaurant also. In conclusion they can improve a lot. I don’t think I would come back here.
