We loved the facilities, the service and the location of the Novotel Vintage. Unfortunately though the hotel room doors are not equiped with soft closing mechanisms, so if your neighbours decide to just let the door shut on it's own, it would slam, vibrate through the walls and wake you up. Out of the 8 nights we stayed here, we only had one night of uninterrupted sleep. The hotel put a family on either side of our room, who decided to come in and out of their rooms 10+ times between the hours of 11pm - 1am. We had another neighbour who woke up and went out at 4am a couple of mornings. We also couldn't get to sleep one night because people were in the pool at 11pm (pool closes at 8pm). We thought that the staff would say something, but it took 2 phone calls and 20 minutes before security came. We paid a lot of money to have a pool access/jacuzzi room, and to have our holiday marred by interrupted sleep was a let down. The pluses - as Accor members, it was great to have an evening snack bar in the lounge area, and the Accor staff were fabulous in their service to us. We enjoyed the breakfast, plenty of choices. All staff that we had dealings with were friendly, smiling and willing to help. We do think that the reservation staff need to be better trained though, as our dealings with them (before arriving at the hotel), were much to be desired. Overall - if they fixed the slamming door issues, I would stay there again......if not, I'd have to weigh up if I'm happy to be woken up.

Hi the Novotel hotel have nice locations in patong and so nice staff especially Mrs Ice And also have big swimming pools and near to shopping market any way you can reached from hotel And restaurant have so nice breakfast and Indian food 👌just try it.

Amazing pool and lovely staff

The hotel is really nice with an amazing pool and something for everybody. It had a kiddy pool, shallow area, shaded swim up bar, area. Happy hour 2 for one drinks at 4-6pm. The hotel has a mini-mart which is the same price as outside, if not cheaper. They also sell swimsuits, pool shoes and pool toys as well as souvenirs. Khom was a standout staff member. We have 3 members of our family who are coeliac and eat a strict gluten-free diet. Khom organised for us to have gluten free bread and muffins. Some days we had small gluten-free pancakes. Khom organised pancakes for my son on his birthday. Khom is an excellent staff member who deserves an award from Novotel. Rooms were clean and tidy, Sometimes the room gets mosquitos after cleaning because the door needs to be left open. The highlight of the hotel is the pool. Bulk laundry can be done at many tour places outside the hotel for 50bt / kg wash only. There is a pharmacy across the road, Watson’s, hairdresser. My daughter got box braiding done with extensions at Happiness Thai Massage on the beach road 1 block from the hotel. Clean and good price 1000bt (90 minutes) plus a tip (2 ladies, we have 150bt each lady). It was air conditioned and the same price as on the beach. Slightly more than the prices on the beach but no haggling and aircon. It’s a no-brainer. I got a foot massage while I waited. The buffet breakfast was an optional add-on at checkin and cheaper to add at check-in. My only feedback would be that I would like to see the breakfast buffet cater for commons western allergies and label ingredients and allergens on the food. For example things like gluten, egg, nuts, dairy, soy. Otherwise we had a lovely stay.

Me and My daughter just went to the spa for first time Deya she is a little trainee in the spa she was so nice I feel warm welcome from Everyone The spa smells great make me feel relaxed Sitting and watching the waterfall while waiting for my daughter to get treatment And there is Thai Bael fruit juice, it feels very refreshing but too long time otherwise It was so good My first experience Thanks a lot.

Great, safe and clean hotel. Nice big pool. Excellent food and service. Only downside was that rooms were quite thin so at night could hear your neighbours. Great mini mart inside hotel very cheap prices. The spa was fantastic also and reasonably priced. Lots of places nearby to eat
