Comme à chaque séjour, c’est un enchantement que de venir se reposer à l’Avista Hideaway. Nous sommes toujours bien reçu et le personnel dans son ensemble y est pour beaucoup. Je vais quand même nommé ceux qui nous ont permis de passer un super séjour. Apple à la piscine adultes, illumine la journée avec son sourire. Mod a réalisé un service de chambre parfait. Au restaurant Vista, Vishal nous a gâté tous les matins ainsi que Prem avec ses jus detox et ses soupes délicieuses. Ne pas oublier Fern et Sa au SPA qui ont été super. Enfin merci à la jeune femme francophone “GuestExperience” (désolé j’ai oublié son prénom) pour son dévouement au service des clients. Merci à tous

Le service a été irréprochable du début à la fin, avec un personnel toujours souriant, attentionné et professionnel. Nous nous sommes sentis particulièrement bien accueillis tout au long du séjour. Une mention toute spéciale à Majda, qui a été absolument formidable. Elle a su faire preuve d’une grande écoute et d’une réactivité remarquable en prenant en compte les difficultés d’accès de mon mari, et en nous proposant une solution adaptée très rapidement.
