La chambre est censée être prête à 15h. Nous sommes arrivés en avance, on nous a dit qu'on nous préviendrait dès qu'une chambre serait prête. A 14h50, ne voyant rien venir, nous avons insisté. Abhi le manager de la réception nous a alors donné une clé pour une chambre, soi-disant "upgradée", en réalité presqu'en sous sol et sans lumière. Après l'avoir vue, nous avons insisté pour avoir le type de chambre que nous avions réservé. Nous n'avons eu notre chambre que à 16h30. Une après-midi totalement gâchée et un séjour très mal parti, sans aucune proposition de dédommagement et sans aucune excuse !

Un bel hôtel, bien situé pour les escapades sur phuket. La proximité avec l'une des plus belles plages de phuket (freedom)est un atout. Cependant beaucoup de manquement basic pour un hôtel 5 étoiles (service de pressing catastrophique, les chambres mérites une rénovation, aucune attention en chambre au regard du statut accor...). L'hôtel se repose simplement sur ses acquis. Pour moi la faute reviens aux manager de l'hôtel qui doit être la pour ajuster ses manquements. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable.
