The hotel is close to Paris, 40 min with RER A. Close to the hotel it is a very good Asian restaurant and a good boulangerie (for the breakfast). The breakfast at the hotel is quite expensive. The hotel staff is friendly, rooms are clean and big enough for 2 guests. The hotel environment is safe.

Room itself was nice but incredibly hot and stuffy. Windows open inwards and don't stop until fully open so cant sleep with them open and air con didn't work. The receptionist was rude upon check in. When paying for the room prior to visiting - it said room tax was included but they charged us 7 euros for tax. NOT A LOT BUT NOT THE POINT. the board at reception said room tax was 1.50 euro per person per night so it shouldnt have cost us 7.50 as we were only there for two nights. AND when we asked if we could pay it with cash instead of card - he literally just looked at us like we had killed someone... Even though we said we ddint need change back we were forced to pay by card... Didn't either bother paying for breakfast as it was abysmal and looked very lacking of any proper food. the bathroom was covered in mould, it says the rooms are sound proof but they are far from it. It also had the toilet in a seperate room but it was tiny and couldnt close the door when youre in it so be prepared to go in front of whoever you are sharing a room with... Also when you search for hotels - it will tell you this hotel is in paris... it is not... its also not a disney hotel like it advertises and it will cost an absolute fortune for transport to and from airports and wherever else you may want to go. It is a 15 minute drive from disney and 45 minutes from airport and eiffel tower. The staff are all rude with lacking basic manners, just look at the way they respond to reviews. Overall, wouldn't stay here again...

Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. I will have a discussion with the receptionist who did welcome you, I do not tolerate such behavior. You have to know that we have 3 differents local taxes, one 1,50€, and another one at 0,23€ and the last one at 0,15€ who make the taxes at 1,87€. I know that it's confusing even for us. We do collect these taxes for the gouvernement. I will also tlak to the housekeeping manager to do a cleaning check and do some works. I am sorry if the informations about our location you have read were not right, as you wrote, the hotel is definetely not in Paris and Disneyland Paris aswell. Actually the hôtel is in between these two locations I checked on Google and it's well situated: Bussy Saint-Georges. But I will have a double check on our website and partners to see if all the informations are good. I do understand you disapointement if you wnated a Disnayland Paris hotel. I am sincerely sorry. Is a very good location for us,because we came by car, free private parking. 3minutes walk to the RER station. A clean room,good bed. We got an upgrade room because of our Loyalty Member. The Receptionist Shana was very nice and helpfull.For sure we’ll come back again!

Worst hotel ever!!!!

I paid for breakfast and wasn’t explained the times or where it was so I missed it on the first day. Staff were rude especially the manager even admitted to being racist which is disgusting. Not family friendly at all. Mould in the bedroom and windows severely condensation.

I was very offended when you say that I am racist as I am married to a beatiful black African women (for the last 12 years) with 2 beautiful kids (2 amzing girls). You should be more careeful next time when you say something to someone. We had a stopover here on our way to Normandie, together with our 2 kids. We took a family room, with one big bed and a sofa bed and it fit our needs quite well. The staff is nice and the location is quite good, with restaurants around in case you need to dine. The hotel is very clean The breakfast could really be improved though....
