The grounds and pool were amazing. The bar and restaurant facilities were good. The rooms were dated and very noisy with all rooms getting echoey noises from the corridor.. especially on the ground floor.

Perfect location and great rooms. Good service at the kitchen when ordering food. Only negative would be the parking. Can't drive into the hotel anymore like before, had to park out the main reception area at Novotel and walk over to Mercure. Hopefull the Mercure gates will be open again soon.

Cant believe after 2+ years of road works in front of the motels, the new combined reception for Novotel and Mecure. What a stupid setup, waited over 30 mins to get someone to take us and our bags to our rooms at the Mecure, in the end we walked ourselves over. Did the smart people who thought all this new setup realise that this is in the top end and it rains half the year, would hate to stay here during the wet and have to walk between the the 2 motels yay. And the price of the rooms for what you get not really value for money.
