Our stay was wonderful, we were so well cared for by the team at Novotel. Very clean and close to beach. Food was lovely as were swimming pools (too many kids in adult pool for our liking but it was school holidays )

Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. Few things to note is that this hotel is located at a hill so walking back can be tiring but the hotel provides shuttle service everyday back & forth to the beach. Another thing to note which was bit of nuisance was that lift wasn't working for first 5 nights and climbing the stairs everyday put a toll on my mom's knee which is already comprised due to ageing. My mom is 70 years old. However this little nuisances was offset by the exceptional service provided by hotel staff who were always very friendly and helpful. Went over & beyond with every request I made especially for my mom's birthday. So overall very satisfied with my stay
