Positive Aspects: Kid-Friendly Concept: The hotel's themed concept is a hit with children and is consistently applied throughout the property. Special thanks to Ammie taking care of the kids and entertained them well. Friendly Staff: The staff members are consistently described as friendly and helpful. Dining Highlights: Lunch and dinner dishes are considered superior to the breakfast offerings. The cocktails are well-prepared and enjoyable. Compensation for Issues: The hotel acknowledged and addressed the reported issues by providing compensation, including a room change, a voucher, and a late check-out. Special recognition is given to Tina for her helpfulness. Negative Aspects: Maintenance and Cleanliness: The hotel exhibits signs of aging and poor maintenance, requiring renovations. Cleanliness is a concern, particularly in the pool kids area. An unpleasant odor, likely from the sewage system, is noted. Room Deficiencies: The rooms are outdated and have various issues, including safety hazards. The air conditioning system is malfunctioning. Poor sound insulation results in noisy rooms. We came from another Accor property to come here for our kids to do the cooking classes led by Chef Naveen. His care, concern and everything he showed and done for the kids to learn how to make a pizza is top notch and the kids had so much fun making and eating their delicious wonderful pizza. The services rendered by Chef Lester is fantastic and was talking to us after the pizza making class and we are able to just dine on the pizzas made directly at the restaurant after, so much so that we have decide to return the next day (today) for the adults Thai cooking class! Top notch, fantastic service by the team for sure. Congratulations to the GM and the hotel for having wonderful colleagues making sure everything feels welcomed at the hotel. For those still hesitating, give the cooking classes a try, I’m very sure you will not be disappointed.

Alon was very welcoming, he made sure that we felt at home and offered help 24/7 and was very respectful and attentive.Also he provided us with discounted drinks at the bar and upgraded our room on the house.The hotel was everything we expected and more.
