I have stayed at this hotel numerous times, and it has become my preferred base when in Singapore. And I say this having also experienced many other great hotels here, including MBS. The Sofitel has the perfect combination of comfort and calm, friendly service and excellent food, all with a touch of French panache (including L’Occitane products). Hugely convenient city centre location puts everything within easy reach.

Jon Hubert and April from the Sofitel City Centre Singapore were amazing. Very friendly and accomodating. They went out of their way every day to make sure that we had a very pleasant dining experience and service. Our son cried when leaving as both Jon & April spoilt him every day with treats and surprises. We definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for great food, great vibe and great service!!

All wonderful staff - especially ling in housekeeping - lovely clean room ❤️ very central - lovely quiet rooms - great breakfast lots of yummy juices - helpful staff - comfy beds - great views - helpful with our dietary requirements- we will return

We stayed in a Prestige Suite on the 17th floor. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, and had all of the amenities that we required. The Club lounge was also pleasant, mainly down to the staff, but did lack the luxury feel of similar lounges in other hotels that we have stayed in. The breakfast at Racines was excellent, with so many options available. All of the staff there were very friendly and helpful, but the following deserve a special mention :- John Hubert was a real character and made our breakfasts at Racines memorable, April was always so cheerful and pleasant when we arrived to be seated, and Kashmiro was also very friendly and always asked if we need anything as she cleared away our empty plates etc. Finally, our first contact on arriving at the hotel was Clemance, who was also very friendly and, after looking after our luggage whilst we checked in, delivered our luggage to the room and explained all of the many automated features.

Airport Transfer Taxis are available from the airport, and they all take credit cards. The Check-in and Room We stayed at the hotel on two occasions during October. Our check-in was quick, and the room was clean, very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom area was very clean, large and the shower was hot. Our room was always clean and well stocked with water. The free Wi-Fi in the room and the hotel was very good. Location The hotel location ideal with metro link and many eating places are easily walkable. Taxis can be arranged through concierge. Food There was good choice of local fruits and food at breakfast time. The buffet restaurant provided choice of western, Chinese and Indian choice at breakfast time. We were very impressed by Mark who was working very hard to ensure hot drinks are served to all and table are kept clean. Pools and Gym The hotel has a large swimming pool and gym on the 6th Floor. There are sunbeds and sitting area around the pool which are kept clean by very friendly staff. Towels, bathrobes and slippers are available by the pool. The staff everywhere were very friendly. The service we received was impeccable. We have recommended this hotel to our friends and family members.
