Excellent service by Sofitel Damansara Club Millesime staff, Lachana, Vino, Kalla and Ram and other staff not of their names. All guests at the Club are well served by the team and the food and drinks was great for us to enjoy in this cosy environment.

Service at the lounge by Lachana, Vino, Ram & Kak Lok was superb. It was our first time in this hotel. The food that was served during afternoon tea and cocktails also really good and so many varieties. Our check in process really smooth and everything was in order.

5* service from Kadal from housekeeping. Thank you for keeping our room clean with 3 messy kids. Hotel staff amazing, unbelievable views, really fantastic hotel. Highly recommended will definitely visit again in the future. KL is also a great place to visit

I was checked it swiftly by Chloe at the front desk while i was still waiting at a counter next to where she was. The club lounge staff were fantastic. Super attentive. Always willing to help. Vino and Iqbal were exceptional in making sure we were taken of nicely.

Amazing stay, worth returning

We usually stayed around KLCC but decided to stay at the Sofitel this trip. It was a great decision indeed. The location is not the most convenient for a first time tourist but served our needs well with most places easily accessible by a 15-20 min grab ride. We received a very warm welcome by the doorman the moment we arrived. Shah checked us in and was patient in addressing all my queries, providing a very assuring start to our stay. We were accorded lounge benefits as Accor Plat members and the experience was beyond impressive. Ekbar and the team consisting of Hafiz and Ram at the lounge were friendly polite and professional. I was very appreciative of their tireless service. Food and drinks were of top quality including freshly squeezed juices, made to order breakfast omelettes and Beef Wellington/Peking duck at the evening cocktail. The lounge experience exceeded my expectations throughly. It is a wonderful feeling to be met with smiles from the entire staff throughout the stay, Even casual encounters with the porters in the lift left such a positive experience for us. Nothing very negative to feedback about. I was travelling with young children and I guess the hotel mainly caters to business rather than leisure travel and we got conflicting answers about child amenities and robes etc. We also found it hard to use the welcome drink vouchers as the bar on the first floor did not serve cocktails while the bar tender at the pool side bar was not working on the day we were there. Not a big issue as we were able to get drinks in the lounge instead. Sofitel KL has my vote for setting such a high bar in both the soft and hard product in this competitive 5 star market in KL. A place worth returning.
