As expected from Sofitel brand, hotel was great and room was spacious. Bed was comfortable and I can sleep well. Breakfast varitiety spread were good and taste delicious. Lounge for afternoon tea and evening cocktails also good enough and enjoyable. Thank you for the hospitality and warm welcoming from the staff. Will be back again when visiting Kuala Lumpur

Fantastic service provided by Ekbar and Naven in the club room for breakfast. Really enjoyed the choice of omelettes, from the lobster, fillet Mignon and the tiger prawn as well as the choices of salads. All staff members are extremely helpful and offer great advice of where to go in KL

My stay at Sofitel Kuala Lumpur was truly outstanding. The staff was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every modern comfort I could need. The hotel’s amenities, especially the dining options and the pool, were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for luxury and comfort in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit exceptional! The housekeepers were outstanding!

Great place... Absolutely smashing service and especially people at the lounge are incredible . It's absolutely. Do not miss going to this place. I will hands down say it's the best. As an accor member even a better experience. If you ever visit KL

As I was looking for Accor properties in KL, I stumbled upon Sofitel Damansara, a little outside busy KL but still within 20 mins away from attractions. The rooms are great and impeccable, attentiveness, food selections are great. So Spa and fitness center is also well-maintained. We spent most of our breakfasts, tea time and evening canape at the Club Millésime and was impressed by the service of both Naven and Ekbar. Super friendly, helpful and top-notch. It was a great Sofitel standard experience.
