One of my best stays in Klang Valley. We stayed in a Prestige Suite with Club Lounge access. The room is clean and the bed is so comfy. All the staff are so friendly and attentive... be it F&B, the Front Office or even the SPA & Wellness Center. I will definitely come back again

Kajal did a fantastic job at looking after us during our stay. He left our room spotless every day. The reception staff were also very helpful in providing us with directions and information of where to visit. I would highly recommend booking this hotel for your next trip to KL.

Every time we visit Kuala Lumpur we spend some quality time here, a place away from excessive crowds and noise. Our last visit soon after the pandemic was understandably not up to par but this visit restored our faith & we’re returning later before we depart Kuala Lumpur. This improvement no doubt is because of the newish GM, M. Gernigon’s capable hand & knowledgeable guidance. The Club Lounge has become more welcoming because of staff members like Hemi Hafiz, Ekbar, Naven, Ram, Lochana, Cassie, & the skillful chefs. This Sofitel is a must if you like comfort & luxury. Highly recommended.

Not a French Sofitel experience!

Not successful holiday experience. Changed ownership since last Oct'23 our 4th stay. The French Sofitel hotel we have returned every year to celebrate Wedding Anniversary has gone. The online check-in does not pass on any info. The fact we booked directly with Damansara in July'23 did not count. All guest info was deleted in January. This was noted by staff when unable to retrieve. Should you be a returning guest please note. Club Manager, Ekbar and her team are responsible for us not departing in the next 24 hours. The Duty Manager was very understanding and did acknowledge as best all requests made when booking. Staff under Ekbar's leadership were extremely helpful and worth mentioning for excellent service, Cassie, Vino, Ram and Chefs (several). Food great.

On our trip through south-east-asia we stopped 5 nights at Sofitel Damansara. Everything was quite perfect. We enjoyed Millesemi Club at 22nd floor for Apero Chic every day. Cassie, Vino, Ram and Ka Lok were sooo friendly and attentive. The room was great and clean. The breakfast was exceptional, with so many varieties.
