Generally in poor condition. Our room was very moldy, carpentry in bathroom water-damaged and oozing mold. Very poorly designed shower, no way of preventing water from gushing into living space. Assuming all rooms are the same, this place is a dump. The only reason I'm giving a 2 star rating is that the buffet was reasonable.

All I can say is please avoid this hotel. It is one of worst experience that I and my family had Nothing is functional here from the staff to the food to ambience.

We were extremely pleased with the level of cleanliness at the Grand Mercure Hotel Dubai. The housekeeping team kept our room in perfect condition throughout our stay. We'd also like to express our appreciation to Victor, the team leader of Room services, whose dedication and attention to every detail were truly outstanding. He ensured every request was handled promptly and professionally. Excellent service all around!

I booked two premium suites for 3 adults and. 1 kid . When I asked for extra bed - they charged me extra for each night . The whole suite room is terrible , all wooden and toilet things are old and poor quality. Worst 5 star experience ever . Air conditioning was not working . And when complained they took so much time to even send someone . It’s 11 .10 pm n I’m tired n still waiting for someone to come n see the air conditioning. Staff is rude , I think she was Lin at the front desk , who rudely refused to provide an extra bed for the kid . I am staying in 818 . Zero rating for everything. After WAITNG for 1 hour they sent someone to collect money first and told me to wait again .

Staff are friendly and accommodating, Olawole also very friendly and assist your needs, the room is very clean facilities like pool and gym are also good. Location is perfect specially when your traveling.
