We had breakfast at Tala restaurant. The colleagues are very attentive. From the time we walked in Snow welcome us and offered us a seat. The selections were massive with live omelette station. The healthy food selection are of great varieties. What i love most are most of the serving cutleries in the buffet are eco friendly. Overall i love the breakfast experience. Thank you again Snow you are so friendly and showing care for us.

I loved my stay at the hotel. The staff were all kind and helpful. Also, the room was well maitaned and clean. The location is on point, having the metro station and city centre mall just a few steps away. I opted for a package bed and breakfast only. The breakfast was super filling. Overall, it was a great experience .

Very clean , and extremely friendly stuff . We want to extend our most sincere thanks Muhammad laqman at the tours and safari desk. Extremely professional, very helpful and amazing customer service . Would recommend him 1000 percent every day .

The room was good, great bathroom with both bathtube and a shower. We were Three persons and would be more comfortable to have single beds or separate duvets and softer pillows. We had everything for two people instead of Three ( cups, glasses, bathrobes).The breakfest were very tasty and The hotel service was helpful and kind. We liked The Area, close to shops and restaurants. And nice and warm water in a pool open till 8 oclock. They also made us a surprise giving a small birthdaycake to one of us( two of us had a birthday but we were not expected antything). Thank You

It was a wonderful vacation in Dubai. We spent it at the Novotel Dubai Deira Hotel. The place is wonderful and the atmosphere is excellent. There is a pleasant swimming pool and the service here is excellent from all the staff, especially the reception staff. They are very friendly and kind. Thank you for the wonderful reception from Mr. Rami, Mr. Shehab.
