This was our second stay here, the first being 10 years ago. The hotel is located a short trip from the airport (either by metro or by car) and is connected to Deira City Centre Mall and the City Centre Deira metro station. The metro station is on the red line which means it is easy to get to most places in Dubai. We were given an upgrade to a executive floor room on arrival meaning we could access the executive lounge on the 11th floor during the afternoon for snacks and drinks. Our room was quite big and comfortable. The room was quiet and dark so we both slept well. The air-conditioning worked well which was great after a day out in Dubai's heat. Breakfast was as good as we remembered it from our last visit. Plenty of choice, the highlight for us was the pancake machine churning out fresh pancakes continuously. Sadly, we had an early flight out so we missed out on breakfast on the third morning. Overall, we had another great stay here and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Very good and gym trainer excellent l reduced my weight from 135kgd to 103kgs and the rooms are very good but the corridors are smelly but odour coming.The reception it's very accomondative especially the gym trainer Michael.The house preparing rooms 301 very and honest.

Dahal Manita did everything very well she is perfect well mannered caring very concerned with her work made sure the room had the best fragrance the toilet neatly cleaned chearfull respectfully she is 10/10 young girl best employee keep it up

This is the second time staying in this hotel the only difference is now it was with me ,my husband and kids. Pull man’s is very suitable hotel as it’s located in the city center and have different types of rooms, for the family of four we took the executive rooms which we were hoping for some complimentary services like for example we want to take our kids to the Dubai mall and at least for the first time it should have been free car service but we paid . So it would be more easy and relevant if the customer can get least one or two rides free for some destinations. Other than that we were happy about everything and our room was always spotless clean thanks to Mr Dashmantha who was always making sure it was cleaned.

Love staying here when in Dubai. It’s a really convenient place as it’s attached to the City Center Mall. The experience in the hotel is amazing. I love the warmth from the staff especially the team at the Medley Restaurant. Service across the hotel truly 5 star. I will definitely come back here!
