Nice staying in ibis deira it was amazing service from you guys thanks for Ramy,Mohamed ali jinna and salma they are giving nice image of front office for sure will come again soon with family and friends and will advise everyone of my friends to come to Dubai.

This has become my hide out on staycations , cleanliness of the rooms, quite and away from the city noise, accessibility but above all what makes a difference is the staff Mr Anuj Adpaikar was excellent during my check in, gentle and friendly. Definitely will see you soon

I had problem checking in and that entailed conversation with front desk staff. However after that was cleared up, I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent service ! A fabulous experience at this hotel! Highly recommend. The dining experience w their excellent buffet , was so yummy. Front staff provided adaptor for my eletronics to borrow until I found mine. Great courtesy w complimentary water and fruit. The man in charge of luggage storage Mr. Baha is so kind and professional and courteous. I liked him and one of the front desk ladies, Angela? A lot! The room is well equipped w a safe and fridge. I got some great quality rest there. A popular family oriented mall across the street with a metro station. Thank you so much.

We got the best customer experience during our stay. The hotel was clean and the employees were very friendly, helpful and caring. Special thanks to Front office team- Milan, Anjali, Sarangi, bahaa as well as the F&B team- Maria and her colleagues. These people have marked our stay. Keep up the great job guys!
