I had problem checking in and that entailed conversation with front desk staff. However after that was cleared up, I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent service ! A fabulous experience at this hotel! Highly recommend. The dining experience w their excellent buffet , was so yummy. Front staff provided adaptor for my eletronics to borrow until I found mine. Great courtesy w complimentary water and fruit. The man in charge of luggage storage Mr. Baha is so kind and professional and courteous. I liked him and one of the front desk ladies, Angela? A lot! The room is well equipped w a safe and fridge. I got some great quality rest there. A popular family oriented mall across the street with a metro station. Thank you so much.

We got the best customer experience during our stay. The hotel was clean and the employees were very friendly, helpful and caring. Special thanks to Front office team- Milan, Anjali, Sarangi, bahaa as well as the F&B team- Maria and her colleagues. These people have marked our stay. Keep up the great job guys!

I had a spent a week at Ibis and enjoyed my stay. There were some issues with the air conditioning, but it was quickly resolved. The staffs were courteous and helpful. They had provided us with the amenities we requested. The breakfast was good and delicious. I had a pleasant time at the hotel.

I like the proximity of the hotel to the mall. The rooms offer basic needs. The breakfast is offering good essentials. The team is nice. Dfinitely an option to consider whenever I look to something to rest my head over the night especially when prices are reasonable.
