Great stay as usual. Happy to see most of the usual faces and after so long due to the pandemic. Felt the same as usual at home, very clean all the necessary COVID procedures in place never felt unsafe. Rooms looks very fresh. Overall enjoyed my stay...thank you.

I stayed at the Ibis Hotel Al Rigga for a month & they had given me the best discounted rates for longe stay. The reception was able to explain to me very well the rates. All the basic items are available at the hotel. Daily cleaning is satisfactory. Requests are met during my stay.

I stay at the Ibis Ai Rigga each time when I visit Dubai in the last few years. This is the first time I've been bitten by bed bugs in any Accor hotel; actually over 2 nights. I told the housekeeping to change the the linen but apparently only bed sheet changed. I showed your duty manager the bites on my arm when I check out on 27 Feb morning.

駅から近くて便利でした。 知名度も高いようで、タクシーの運転手さんにホテルの名前を伝えれば問題なく到着できました。 帰りの飛行機が朝6:30までにチェックインのスケジュールでしたが、空港も地下鉄ですぐだったので余裕で間に合ってよかったです。 フロントの方も親切で、Wi-Fi接続の設定まで一緒にやっていただきました。 朝食ブュッフェのクロワッサンがとても美味しかったです。 シャワールームの透明な扉の立て付けが良くないようで、外に水が漏れないようにするのにコツがありました。(きちんと閉めれば問題なし) 冷房はもう少し強くても良かったと思います。

メトロのAl Rigga 駅から徒歩数分の距離にあり、空港や主要観光スポットへのアクセスも良いです。 宿泊した部屋はIBISらしいスタンダードな設備で、安心して滞在できます。 スリッパなどのアメニティが充実すれば更に良いように思います。

日本の普通のビジネスホテルと同じ感じで、アメニティが無いのはもともと知っていましたが、バスローブまでもないのは少し残念でした。そして部屋がすごく乾燥していたのか、喉が痛くなりました。それ以外は特に問題なく、ホテルの方も優しく、朝食も美味しかったです。そしてホテルの周りにすごくたくさんの飲食店があり、賑わっていたのも良かったです。

I usually prefer to stay here when I visit Dubai. All your needs are met here, the Metro station is nearby, lots of malls are just nearby. Check In and Check out was very quick, the team really values their guests

I am from Hong Kong and stayed at Ibis Dubai Al Rigga in early October 2019. The hotel has a very convenient location. It is just about 5 minutes walk away from Al Rigga Metro Station. Nearby, there are many shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping mall, many of which open till midnight. Staff of the hotel are also very friendly and polite. I would like to praise, in particular, Miss Wesam who helped me check in the hotel.She is nice and helpful. Facilities of the hotel is also clean and satisfactory. I am pleased to recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

乗り継ぎで利用しましたが、空港からも近く、駅からも近いのでアクセス抜群です。近くには飲食店も多く、5分程度のところにショッピングモールあって何かと便利でした。

You get what you pay for. It's an IBIS so you know what to expect. I am a regular visitor to this specific hotel (IBIS Al Rigga) and really no surprises. This time I had an issue with the water evacuation from the shower. Water wasn't evacuating and I had to complain 3 times before I got better.

This hotel is close to the airport and good for a over night stay. as with most Ibis Hotels I stay at it was very clean and the service was good. The restaurant is smaller than in town Ibis, but good service, but limited menu. There is a bar and it is convenient, but over crowded with furniture. It looks like a Frequent Flyer Lounge. They should remodel it to a warmer style.
