A big thank you to Sifat for his outstanding housekeeping service. Every day the room was cleaned with care, towels and supplies were arranged neatly, and he made sure the guests were comfortable. His dedication and positive attitude made the stay much better. Excellent job!👏👏

Special thanks to Mouaz from Sales for taking care of our team stay! An amazing concierge team at Mercure always willing to help and support - you are all stars!
