I came for my sister’s birthday. Neha in the Executive Lounge was amazing! she was very polite always smart. She always gave service with a smile. Great service all round. Jan by the Jacuzzi was excellent! He was very friendly. Explained the procedures, engaging, he was very helpful and quick to respond. The managers Nikita, Aman. Shinu were extremely helpful. They were always ready to help with a smile. Clifa, Jodie & Glory were amazing, always smart with a friendly smile. Excellent customer services.

The executive lounge staff Neha is amazing ! She is so kind and helpful. Always smiling. She is very smart and always cheerful. Nothing is too much for her to do, getting drinks and food. The poolside staff, Jan was also very helpful, he brought the towels to us, when arrived and took time to explain everthing we needed to know at the poolside, service with a smile.

Neha on the Executive lounge was absolutely amazing! She was very helpful. Neha is always with a friendly welcoming smile. She always delivered an excellent customer services. Nothing was too hard for her. Each time we visited the lounge, when Neha was here. She was always ready to help.

Nice and new rooms location perfect 4 min drive from the airport But the true highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the culinary artistry of Chef Bholasankar. I have a very specific and restrictive diet, and often, dining out can be a source of stress and frustration. However, Chef Bholasankar completely alleviated those concerns. He not only listened attentively to my dietary needs but went above and beyond to create delicious and satisfying meals that adhered perfectly to my requirements. It wasn't just about avoiding certain ingredients; it was about crafting flavorful dishes that I could truly enjoy.

This is not a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and poor quality. Additionally, the tables were not cleaned properly, leaving a mess everywhere. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for an extended stay, but for a quick overnight between flights, it is acceptable. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are modern and well-designed.
