Amazing location close to airport, big rooms, nice food, friendly staff. But would like to highlight one person, I was truly impressed by the excellent attitude, kindness, and professionalism of your bellboy, Shameer. His courteous manner, helpfulness, and attention to detail made a very positive impression and greatly enhanced my comfort during my stay and check-out.

From the time we stepped in at the Check in counter and attended by Monika, tillbwe checked out, again attended by her coincidentally, the entire journey I would rate at 9.5 / 10, with her handling PR rating at 10 / 10. Keep it up Monika. You really live up to be true Mascot for the service industry. Excellent & spacious room with good amenities.

Close to the Airport, clean room, nice pool Aerea, attentive staff. Especially ms. Kleeva at reception and Shivam who was organising Transportation. And to mention: Hairdresser Mustafa in 1st floor… very good haircut!!! Looking foreward to coming back, soon!
