Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we truly apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you encountered during your stay with us. We understand that the missing laundry and the subsequent delivery issues were particularly disappointing, and we regret that this caused you inconvenience. As part of our regular process, we do place a note in your room to inform you when the laundry is ready for collection. We sincerely apologize if this note was overlooked or not immediately noticed during your check-out. We will review our procedures to ensure this step is clearer and more noticeable in the future to prevent such oversights. Regarding the invoice, we have checked our records, and it appears that the corrected invoice was sent to your email. However, we sincerely apologize for the confusion and the human error in addressing it to the wrong name. We understand the importance of having the correct details, and we have immediately resent the correct invoice to you . Please accept our sincerest apologies for this mistake and the delay in receiving the invoice. With regards to the missing item from your room, we do understand how unsettling such an experience can be.
