We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed our prime location, directly connected to both the metro station and City Centre Deira mall it’s wonderful to know that this convenience added value to your stay. We sincerely regret to learn, however, that your recent experience with our breakfast and service did not meet the high standards we aim to uphold. Your comments regarding the reduced variety and quality of the breakfast, as well as the service etiquette of our waitstaff, are taken very seriously. 駅とMALLに直結しているので、立地に恵まれている。以前に比べ朝食の品数、質が落ちた。ウェイターがテーブルマナーを理解していない人がいて、食事中でもカトラリーを下げて次の人を座らせてしまうことが2日あった。

ホテルの客室はスタンドライトが部分的に破損していたり、浴室の浴槽のガラス戸のシールが欠けており、シャワー後、床が水浸しになる等、什器備品や設備の点検・修繕が一部必要と思われるものがあった。 ハウスキーピングは時間的にやや遅くなる（１８時過ぎ）ことが多かった印象だが、スタッフはフレンドリーで、仕事も迅速かつ正確で毎回のことながら快適に過ごすことが出来た。
