I booked Pullman hotel for the second time now ,and once again the experience was excellent.the service is consistently good,the customer care is attentive,and the food is great.The rooms are luxurious,well organized,and very clean.Everytime I stay at Pullman Hotel Dubai,i truly feel at home.I would definitely recommend it and will keep coming back.

Overall a great experience with a few bumps.

My hotel stay was good. It's a nice, clean place to stay and the staff is v friendly too. We always stay here when we visit Dubai. The easy access to City Centre is a big plus. A few things though which did bother me.. For one, I feel there should be a dress decorum for the swimming pool area ,since Dubai is a Muslim country. The females were very, very scantily dressed; which made me and my family uncomfortable. Secondly the breakfast menu could be better, with more variety. Also I wish we didn't have to go through the parking lot to the hotel to have breakfast. There should be a more direct way.

Stayed at Pullman Dubai Creek City Residences and had an excellent experience. The location is perfect—close to the creek and all major spots. The atmosphere is calm and modern, making it great for both work and relaxation. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. In terms of value, it’s definitely worth it for the quality they offer. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the service is genuinely impressive. A special mention to housekeeping guy Gam, who was extremely polite and kept the room spotless throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

Amazing and spacious rooms. Very nice and responsible service provided by Tham and Mur Alam. Room and housekeeping was very clean

Lovely apartments good space neat and tidy as well but same issue on this side is with the check in. Takes extremely long with no clear end in site
