Our check-in experience was smooth and memorable thanks to Shanilka and Yasir. Shanilka greeted us warmly, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt at ease after a long journey. Yasir was quick, efficient, and extremely friendly, he handled our luggage and patiently showed us all the room's features, making sure nothing was confusing. They both went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Honestly, it's rare to see staff work together so seamlessly while still making every guest feel personally cared for. Their professionalism mixed with genuine friendliness really stood out to us.

Checking in was an exceptionally smooth and pleasant experience, thanks to Shanilka at the reception. From the very moment we arrived, he greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel truly welcome. He handled the check-in process efficiently while still taking the time to clearly explain all the hotel facilities, services, and important details about our stay. Shanilka patiently walked us through our room features, dining options, and amenities, ensuring that we were fully informed and comfortable before heading to our room. His professionalism, calm manner, and attention to detail immediately set a positive tone for our stay. Yasir from the bell desk was equally impressive and attentive. He assisted us promptly with our luggage and escorted us to our room without delay. Along the way, he took the time to explain the room layout and demonstrated how everything worked, from lighting and temperature controls to other in-room features. His friendly attitude and willingness to help made the entire arrival experience feel seamless and stress-free. The combined efforts of Shanilka and Yasir truly stood out. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for guest comfort made us feel valued and well looked after from the very beginning. Their outstanding service played a significant role in making our stay memorable and enjoyable, and it is service like this that encourages guests to return with confidence.

I booked Pullman hotel for the second time now ,and once again the experience was excellent.the service is consistently good,the customer care is attentive,and the food is great.The rooms are luxurious,well organized,and very clean.Everytime I stay at Pullman Hotel Dubai,i truly feel at home.I would definitely recommend it and will keep coming back.

Overall a great experience with a few bumps.

My hotel stay was good. It's a nice, clean place to stay and the staff is v friendly too. We always stay here when we visit Dubai. The easy access to City Centre is a big plus. A few things though which did bother me.. For one, I feel there should be a dress decorum for the swimming pool area ,since Dubai is a Muslim country. The females were very, very scantily dressed; which made me and my family uncomfortable. Secondly the breakfast menu could be better, with more variety. Also I wish we didn't have to go through the parking lot to the hotel to have breakfast. There should be a more direct way.

Stayed at Pullman Dubai Creek City Residences and had an excellent experience. The location is perfect—close to the creek and all major spots. The atmosphere is calm and modern, making it great for both work and relaxation. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. In terms of value, it’s definitely worth it for the quality they offer. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the service is genuinely impressive. A special mention to housekeeping guy Gam, who was extremely polite and kept the room spotless throughout the stay. Highly recommended!
