Friendly,accommodating staff,willing to help with a smile.facilities,Swimming pool and goods looking rooms.the room is spacious and clean.We were very impressed by the responsiveness of you and your staff from the planning stage till the end of our retreat.Nice cosy room bathroom was cleaned. Very good location. Close to the airport 2 metro stations or 10min taxi and to the metro to the centre (20min). The nearest metro station is a 4 minute walk away and is well lit and not dangerous. The metro runs every 5 min. The check-in is fast and friendly. The rooms are very clean and quiet. Very good breakfast with buffet and cook. After checking out you can leave your luggage at the hotel and pick it up on the way to the airport. Very practical. It is good value for money. Highly recommended!

The room was so cleaning & hiygh. The housekeeping cleaning was Very excellent. Housekeeping From Janaka & khoyrul was very clean my room the Stay was very memorable. In grander the hotel was really nice. Thanks for housekeeping team i so happy for your cleaning

First time visiting GRAND MERCURE DUBAI and it was great.I recommend them to anyone who is looking for wonderful hotel.I would like to thanks to SAMJHANA AND GIHAN,Myra they’re always takes the time to answer any questions I may have and provides me with all the services.samjhana and gihan is the best hygienist I’ve ever had who has been cleaning my room for the last few days.they makes my room cleaning well worth,they’re super friendly,chatty,detailed thorough and smart. I can’t appreciate it enough!! Next time I will bring my family too Thank you guys
