Just an overnight stop enroute from Australia to Amsterdam, arrived at 5pm, left the following morning at 6am. Greeted by staff graciously and were quickly in our room for much needed sleep. Bed was superb, spacious room. Free shuttle from airport was a bonus. The hotel website doesn’t mention it but the shuttle leaves for the airport on the hour so picks up at the airport 10 to 20 minutes after the hour. Knowing this will avoid waiting in 37degree heat outside! We would definitely stay again

Average room, comfortable bed, large fluffy towels. Slow checkin, room lacked basic requirements expected in an airport hotel eg toothbrushes, shaving kit, more than one teabag etc that were supplied when requested.

We celebrate the birthday of my husband at Grand Mercure. We really enjoyed our stay there. The food was great, the place is relaxing and most especially the staffs are very accommodating and welcoming. Our little boy really enjoyed the swimming area. Special thank to Ms. Ruzzel, Mr. Gihan and Mr. Ravi for a great and excellent service during our service. Will definitely come back here.

Everything was fine with this hotel. I enjoyed it too much and the staff are always happy to help and keep me informed of what is around there. Will repeat my stay at Grand Mercure thank you for all your efforts

From start to finish the staff could not do enough for us and our family. We had flown from Rome overnight and arrived very early - too early to check in but we knew we could sit in the cool of the lobby while we waited for our check in time. Emad and his team took one look at our exhausted kids and organised for us to wait in another apartment while ours was cleaned. Our stay was fun and super comfortable and we cannot thank all the staff enough. We’ll be back 😊
