Just came back from the Elvis birthday weekend and I've got to say the Mercure hotel was brilliant, the rooms were clean, the staff very friendly & the food was delicious! The ballroom was a bit chilly but apparently there was trouble with the heating which is nobody's fault, i would say service at the bar could be quicker but i was part of a large group and i would imagine if you were on your own or in a co uple the staff wouldn't be so rushed and therefore things would go better, also the lighting in the room was a but dim which my wife pointed out made it harder to get ready to go out in the evening as we both needed to use the bathroom mirrorĺ. Overall a very nice hotel with lovely staff and i wouldn't hesitate in recommending the Mercure hotel to anyone looking for accommodation in the area.

Went to the Elvis Weekender.. Brilliant as usual.. Staff were amazing especially Jacob Amy and Stanley. Only downside was lack of heating not enough bar staff sometimes no one there at all for quite a while.Also lighting in room was very poor no central light too dim to do makeup etc.

All the staff, especially Jacob was amazing, he went beyond! Such a lovely place to stay in, the beds are comfy and very clean. Would definitely come again and would highly recommend to people. Already booked for this time next year. Hopefully still have the same staff.

We had a great stay at the Mercure Brands Hatch starting when we were met at reception by lovely French lady Aurelie. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know. Our room was lovely and warm and close to the spa and gym, which we used on two occasions. The spa itself had everything you could want. When we attended dinner that night, although our waiter was on his own, he was very polite and discussed the menu with us. The food was delicious and we then had a nice sleep in the very comfy bed. Breakfast was quite busy as there was a few events on the previous night. One of the two coffee machines wasn’t working which meant a slightly longer wait than normal, but otherwise breakfast was great and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We would certainly like to stay again.

Came here for a day away from our children. What a lovely time to go was very quiet in the lobby area. Had a few drinks at the bar. Which is where we met Brian a lovely man behind the Bar he's absolutely a hilarious, I never laughed so hard in my life we sat at the bar talking with Brian for over an hour. His professional entire made the whole afternoon great. You could see he enjoys his job we even asked him why he works in the hospitality sector. He then recalled that he loves taking and meeting new people and loves making his guest smile and laugh. Which we both knew as all we did from the moment we sat down was laugh 😃. Brian is an asset to the hotel, if you ever stay here just know you will be looked after really well by Brian.
