Basic clean room but cold - hotel food to be avoided.

Good points: Free parking with plenty of spaces near the hotel reception door, clean room/bathroom, All the freeview channels actually worked which is a rarity in a lot of hotels. Not so good points: Room was very cold (even with "heating" on full), bed duvet laughably thin. The smoke detector had been covered with a plastic bag. Do not be fooled into thinking this hotel has a restaurant - there is a seating area in the lobby, THAT apparently *is* the restaurant. Made the mistake of eating in the hotel "restaurant" - the food was tasteless and I suspect was reheated straight from the freezer. The breakfast was no better. There is a McDonalds a few minutes away - you'd be far better dining there for both evening meal and breakfast. I booked this hotel because there are not a lot of options in the immediate area - I will search for another option next time.

Room was spotless, clean and tidy. I mentioned they have changed old carpets to new LVT, also TV was new and bigger. Sheets straight and white. Was quite even the hotel is close to motorway. Recommend this place for business and leisure purposes.

I’m returning guest , I like to stay here and will recommend to my friends and family definitely ! Beds are comfortable , I see they have here now a new carpets and Tv, as always clean rooms, thank you to housekeeping hard work , thank you for reception being processional and friendly , to bar team and breakfast! Will come back again !

Affordable and Convenient Stay Near London

The room was clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly. It also offers free parking, which is a great convenience. If you’re driving to London, I recommend staying here as it’s much more affordable compared to hotels in the city center. Thank you
