Slow to check-in, the arrangement and cleanliness of the hotel does not depend on internationally recognized standards in preparing rooms for guests, (the cleanliness team is a great team and strives with every effort, but it was not professionally equipped and trained in arranging the room, for example, arranging the bed cover and cleaning toilets with special materials such as bleach) also towels and covers have strange stains and colors even after changing the room. There are often no standards for washing those bedspreads and pillows at a professional level. Also, the shower basin does not drain the water and the swamp consists of water, the suction fan does not work. It's sad, a great hotel in a great place that it doesn't have high quality of service.
