I would like to share some feedback regarding my experience on your hotel. Upon my arrival, I was assigned a room that wasn't ready, which was quite inconvenient. After a delay, I was moved to a different room, but the setup was not up to the standards I expected. Additionally, the quality of the breakfast didn't meet my expectations. I found it to be below par in terms of variety and taste. On a positive note, I would like to commend your front office team for their good service and assistance during my stay. They were courteous and helpful throughout, which was a highlight of my experience.
