Regarding the slippers, ibis brand standards do not include slippers as a standard in-room amenity. Our Front Office team is available 24 hours a day and is always happy to assist with any available amenities during your stay. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the shower water pressure. As part of Accor's sustainability commitment, our water pressure is set within an environmentally responsible range to help conserve water while still providing a comfortable guest experience. Regarding the room layout, our Standard Rooms are designed to maximise functionality within the available space, and we understand that the open-plan sink and the absence of a dedicated work desk may not suit every guest's preference. As you stayed in our Queen Standard Room, the room layout is designed to maximize comfort and movement within the limited space. For this reason, a table and chair are not part of the standard setup, as adding additional furniture may further restrict mobility within the room. Nevertheless, should guests require a workspace during their stay, we encourage them to contact Reception, and our team will be more than happy to assist in arranging a suitable table, subject to availability.
