We truly appreciate your honest and detailed feedback, and we're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand how important practical storage solutions are, especially for guests on extended trips, and we regret that the room design did not accommodate your luggage needs. Your comments regarding the lack of space for bags, the limited drawer configuration, and the bed design have been noted and will be shared with our design and operations teams for future consideration. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the shower's inconsistent temperature and the housekeeping issues your friend experienced.
