Amazing reception staff (i think he’s the manager). My Accor plus status was recognised. We were offered a bottle of wine as a welcome drink. I’m surprised that he remembered my name the next day. Hotel was a bit dated but clean and spacious. Bed is comfortable and there’s a lot of lights in the room which I like. The air-conditioning worked well which is important. Close to Hardware Lane and just a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Most importantly, the price I paid for 2 nights is very reasonable considering it’s New Year’s Eve. Overall, I’m happy I chose this hotel and definitely on my list of accomodation whenever I visit Melbourne. This was my first time to stay at a Mantra property and hopefully this experience is representative of other Mantra properties anywhere.

this hotel is not up to any sort of standard. the rooms are very basic and the aircon does not work and the windows do not open. they have a restaurant and bar but its never open lol. what a waste of time. i could not recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in melbourne

I was delighted to be warmly welcomed by the wonderful Nini on reception at the Mantra on Little Bourke. This was an unexpected short-notice stay and she did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I can not thank you enough, Nini :) Spacious apartment style room, laundry facilities on Level 7, good restaurants on site and close by, and a short stroll to all the city action. Great value and great service!

From the beginning, we were treated so kindly. Robert, the manager, was at reception and he was so friendly and welcoming. He made sure we were happy and was very attentive. The room was beautiful and very large..lots of space to dance around in if that's your thing! Very comfortable, large bed. Lovely clean bathroom with all the amenities. I would absolutely recommend staying at the Mantra to any city-goer.
