好立地だが、建物、内装が古い。またアメニティ、部屋着もなく、毛布も古い。金庫がない部屋だった。

The hotel is a dump. It’s an ibis standard NOT mercure standard and this is false and misleading advertising. The beds are ROCK hard with no effort to even cater for a slightly softer experience sleeping. Bathrooms are tiny and soundproofing is a JOKE being able to hear quiet conversation taking place in rooms either side of me. Exposed pipes on the ceiling make the hotel look like something out of a cheap highway motel. Please regrade this hotel to an Ibis. Two times I’ve been there witu bookings months in advance and NO upgrade for a Gold member. Always - no availability when there was ample availability to book on the website. Another Accor hotel where the greedy owners are only interested in making money and not at all interested in Accor policy or guest comfort.

Hotel staff is not friendly at all... they act like they hate their jobs!

The front desk staff are quite friendly and polite however the doormen and cleaning personnel act like they hate their jobs and take it out on the customers. They seem to forget that it's the customerrs that pay their salaries. No one says hello spontaneously and absolutely no one ever smiles in this place. I think they've forgotten the meaning of the word hospitaility....it means a little more than just letting someone pay for a place to sleep! It's a good value but definitely not one i would seek to repeat stay at. Give your employees a raise so they don't look so exasperated all day long or hire more workers that enjoy working in the hospitality industry! Makes me regret my choice to try an Accor Hotel I'll be going back to Marriot for sure!

Expensive /Tiny / not that convienient

Booked a queen bed room and have to say this is the smallest room with a queen bed I have had the misfortune to stay in ,in over 40 years of extensive travel .Two people cannott pass in front of the bed /Only storage space is a cabinet type structure with a narrow hanging rail. The TV(only ther size of a large computer screen) can only be watched by laying on the bed.. Now the bathroom continues the trend of miniscul Absiloutely tiny and two people cannott be in there at once Extremely small plus toilet shower small vanity all in the one space Only a sliding door for privacy ,thats because there is zero room to have a swinging door .The noise of the Air con fan loud when trying to sleep .even on low setting /.As for the Parking You need to walk about 10 mins back up the hill in Little bourke st to park your car in ther extremely tight Wilson car park spaces . This is a 3 star hotel but at an averasge of $180 a night it was a very over rated miniscul room . Look around there would be far better value

My room was fully settled in advance through my company. I provided photo ID and corporate credit card at checkin and the staff explained they need to charge $1 to the CC for incidentals etc. No problem. Except that when I can’t remember my PIN they say they have to charge an extra $50 per night ($200)!!! I offer a personal CC, but because it is attached to my Apple Pay and I don’t have the physical card with me, this will be the same extra $50 per night! Just ridiculous! On top of that … My room is noisy, the fridge and kettle are in the wardrobe, the bathroom is tiny, the aircon control is broken and is stuck on 18 degrees .. I could go on … I doubt I would have felt better about the room if the checkin process had been better, but we’ll never know for sure and for the sake of $1 they’ve lost me as a future customer!
