We deeply regret that your recent stay did not meet your expectations and apologize for the issues you encountered during your visit. It's concerning to hear about the condition of the hotel, and we sincerely apologize for the state of the corridors, the room, and the missing shower panel. These matters do not reflect the standards we strive to maintain, and your comments have been shared with our management and maintenance teams for immediate attention. We’re also sorry to hear about the lack of space in the room and the issue with the toiletries. Your safety is of utmost importance to us, and we will ensure that all safety features, including the sprinkler system and lighting, are checked thoroughly. Hi Philip, we're sorry for such an experience at the hotel. It is not the best entrance considering the challenges. The building is really old property and we try our best to be on point.
