This hotel overall has it all for its Central location. Close to CBD shopping and restaurants . Next to Bloch Arcade. Valet parking , room service, pool. Full buffet breakfast. Cannot fault the really friendly staff who are all so very accommodating. Lounge/cocktail area is a great place to sit and have a few cocktails and enjoy lunch dinner snacks. My granddaughters and I really enjoyed our stay. The pool while not big or deep is enough for kids enjoy an hour or so.

交通の便がとても良く観光の拠点としてとても便利でした。また街の中心地でしたのでショッピングにも食事にも行きやすかったです。 朝食もとても美味しく１日の活力をもらいました。 今度メルボルンに来る時は是非また使用したいホテルです。 ありがとうございました。、

Lovely quiet room overlooking the atrium. Beds were comfy and room was very clean and tidy. Was quite a walk from lift to room but worth it for the view of atrium lighting. Best location for shopping and Regent Theatre, all within walking distance. Valet parking was very reasonable. Buffet breakfast had everything you could ask for. Great bar with good selection of cocktails. All the staff were just so friendly and helpful. Can’t wait for my next visit.

This hotel is in a good position not far from federation square. The staff are friendly. The bed was ok but the aircon was going from cold to hot and back to cold all night The restaurant was very good

I booked 3 nights in a deluxe king room. Room 820, whilst large and clean, was not a good experience. There was a hole in the ceiling and an often noisy air conditioner. As I was travelling alone, these “knocking” noises from the AC were quite disturbing and sleep was very disrupted. The windows overlook a dark paved area inside the arcade. It was like being in a cave. The room was very dark and not pleasant to relax in. I mentioned my disappointment at checkout and received a smirk and shrug from the staff member 😞
