Dear Guest, We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your recent stay with us. We are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Our hotel features modern lifts that efficiently serve all 380 rooms across our 14 floors. Our dedicated team members are available round the clock to assist with luggage delivery and room service, with typical waiting times being considerably shorter than what you experienced. We do apologise for the delay and lift issues during your stay, this is not the memorable experience we hope to deliver to our guests. The comfort of our guests is paramount, which is why our rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning systems. Our housekeeping team maintains high standards with daily room service, and we apologise that we fell short in servicing your rooms until very late in the day. We apologise for the inconvenience you experienced due to the limited availability of lifts during your stay, which undoubtedly caused delay and frustration. We understand that the upkeep of our rooms is paramount for a pleasant stay, and we regret to hear that your room did not reflect the high standards we strive for. Additionally, we acknowledge the disturbance from the renovation activities below, and we are sorry for any disruption this may have caused. Our team is aware of the importance of a restful environment and we are looking into how we can better manage external noise and its impact on our guests. While we are unable to change the situation with the renovations, we aim to provide clearer communication to our guests about any ongoing external work that may affect their stay.
