No free breakfast for Accor members. We were waiting 5 hours to check in and other people that came later were able to check in if you had an Asian background.

Overall this is one of the best pullmans I have stayed in Australia. Check in and checkout through the machine was absolutely beautiful and super user friendly! The room was quite comfortable, and the amenities were lovely! Breakfast was quite simple for a continental breakfast at the cost of 25 dollars. Gym was excellent! A fully equipped gym ! Location can be a bit of a controversial point I’d say. I found it to be quite busy the area and to get an uber to and from just added a small layer of stress. Happy to come back to this hotel! Had a great experience overall!

The hotel itself is a fantastic place to stay, with a perfect location that you couldn’t ask for more. The bars and restaurants on-site are excellent too. We booked six rooms for five days—four superior rooms and two premium executive rooms—and they were all modern, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast included in our stay was really good and definitely worth it. Some of our group even used the gym and found it well-equipped. Unfortunately, the check-in and check-out experience was a letdown. The front desk staff seemed unsure and struggled to resolve issues, which really detracted from our overall experience. I would have rated the hotel a 5/5, but this was a significant issue, and we weren’t the only guests facing difficulties during our stay. If you’re looking for a great hotel, this is a solid choice. Just be prepared for potential frustration with the check-in and check-out process. I’d recommend they invest in staff training, as it would greatly enhance the guest experience and improve their ratings.

We arrived from an evening flight and Reception advised the hotel was fully booked with only offering L2 with unattractive ground views for our week's stay. No engagement and no concierge. Fortunately the next morning Allen (Duty Manager) acknowledged our long-standing AccorPlus status and relocated us to L10 with attractive views and usual welcome drink offerings. Staff were friendly and helpful during our stay including Eva's (especially Cyndi) and Blossum's dining, although the menus were very limited and not to usual Pullman standard, having to rely on Bar service. Great location and comfortable experience with v.g. lighting. Overall did not match other Pullman global experiences.

After reading mixed reviews on the Pullman any apprehension I had was quickly dispelled upon arriving at reception. Fast professional and extraordinarily friendly service from the most wonderful and knowledgeable front office gentleman called Janer. He beautifully explained and layed out our stay as Accor members with access to Elevate club lounge for evening drinks and morning breakfast. I usually prefer breakfast amongst the common people but having Brekky in the lounge gave me the most amazing early morning experience. Particularly loved the offerings and mango smoothie no end and all topped off with a glass of Tattinger! This is amazing. I can only base my review on my experience and our room which was spectacular! spacious, pristine, incredibly comfortable, well equipped and I have to say I absolutely loved the Bose speaker which we ended up relaxing to some very quiet chill music from our Spotify and a bottle of loyalty wine well into the evening! What a way to start our night. Dinner at Eva’s restaurant our first night was wonderful being a Monday the Blossoms rooftop pizzeria and bar was closed but on our second night we availed ourselves of opulent indulgence in both the Elevate club lounge yet again and then heading up to the Blossoms pizzeria for hand made wood fired pizza and brew house beers surrounded by just the most magnificent Melbourne skyline embracing you. WOW I just fell in love with the Pullman Melbourne Central. I have rebooked another visit in November and can’t wait. Staff were fantastic all round including club lounge staff Bob, Isha, Ralph, Tuan, Phillipine, Nicole and Daniel. Housekeeping Joy who was a true joy to meet and Karon and Allen in reception not to mention Mr Alex guest services. Again a huge shout out to Mr Janer who welcomed us upon arrival and who put up with my whims and questions during our two day stay. Great spot in Melbourne doesn’t get any more central and you can stay without any concerns we had an amazing time! Thank you team Pullman Melbourne Central.
