Our room was on the 4th floor, no Juliet balcony just view straight onto another block of rooms. The room itself was fine with a lovely new bathroom, but where the mirror was located there was no light so could barely see to dry your hair or put make up on. Also as we got there in pouring rain wanted to eat in the restaurant only to be told both the restaurant and bar were both closed so had to go out to get water and food. Shame we did not know about the restaurant and bar as would have changed locations.
