We had a fantastic stay. The food was lovely. We had breakfast included, you can have a fresh omelette made, good selection of pastries and fruit, tea, coffee, fresh orange juice etc. I ate dinner there on one night. I had a house salad. It was huge and really delicious. The team were lovely, they gave us an interior room, far away from the noise of the night club. And when I was ill on the last day, all my friends went to the museum, they allowed me stay in the room until 1:45pm until we left for the airport, so I felt very grateful.

Lovely clean well located hotel with excellent staff. On site parking very useful. However, or room was overlooked by an office block that could see straight into our room. No blinds or net curtains just blackouts. This would stop me coming back

I loved staying so close to the old town and within walking distance of many attractions in Bilbao. I was lucky to get an upgrade so my room was amazing - large, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. I'm sure all rooms are similarly enjoyable. The check-in staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, along with the bar staff and spa staff.
