Only minutes away from Paddington, we found this hotel comfortable and clean. We stayed in a suite, which was smaller than suggested by the pictures on the website. The bathroom was lovely with a heated floor and included bathrobes and slippers. The mini bar was filled with soft drinks and water and there was a coffee machine too. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights with our teenage daughter, we chose not to have breakfast. Front of house were courteous but not particularly forthcoming with information (nobody asked if we wanted breakfast or if we were happy with our room or stay etc.). However, I do think the hotel does offer value for money and its location is great and I would probably consider staying there again. We drove down to London and parked yards away in another hotel’s car park at a cost of £35 per day using the ‘Just Park’ app. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Super location, elevator was out of order the entire time, room was on the 5th floor, had to change rooms because the window and blind were defective, expected more for the price, carpet dirty

A really wonderful stay. The Cozy room is very cozy, almost not enough room to open your case, but is clean and tidy with good bathroom. Hotel staff are always friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic - 10 min walk to Paddington station, feels like an upmarket part of London.
