The hotel is very comfortable and close to the pier, which makes it easy to board (or disembark) from Phi Phi Island. We had a small problem with cigarette odor in the room and floor where we were staying, but we were promptly transferred to another perfect floor and room. Because of this, the meals we had at the hotel had to be paid for at the time, because the hotel system did not recognize the change of rooms, but ok, that was not a problem. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always willing to help. Breakfast is good, by Asian standards, with a choice of fruits, breads and cold meats. In the vicinity of the hotel, there are several markets where you can buy amenities. The bureau de change, also close to the hotel, closes early, but there are other options on the main street.
