Very friendly staff. I was met at the plane and escorted all the way to the hotel. There was never a moment when I had to solve anything myself. I spent my waiting time in the lounge, where I could have a meal, take a shower, and relax. On my return, I was also accompanied all the way to the check-in counter for my flight. Very attentive and polite service. Huge thanks to the hotel for such amazing hospitality.

I am only leaving this review as a 5 star for the seamless airport experience given by mercure group staff. Everything was looked after , check in, change of flight, lounge, sea boat until we got to Pullman and the same on the way back. Very helpful team to assist the guests with transfers and luggage.

We have not long returned from an amazing stay at the Pullman Maldives. The staff were all amazing and looked after us extremely well and the restaurant staff always went above and beyond. Kasun from Saffron Affair was the nicest and best cocktail maker we have ever had and he made the most amazing cocktails that were so tasty and he always had a warm welcome for us. The food at the Pullman was 5 star with so much choice and just delicious. The Phat Chameleon restaurant was fantastic and the food was just amazing a big shout out to chef Ravishka. We stayed in an overwater bungalow which was gorgeous and had everything we needed. We had the most amazing holiday and our stay at The Pullman was 5 star and we would definitely love to return for another stay.

Where to start and what to say - it is probably the best holiday I have had with my wife. The beauty and peacefulness of the island, the sunset of the Maldives, the elegance and privacy of the Over the Water Pool Villa (with the sunset view), the turquoise water right at your footstep and the feeling that the ocean is only for you, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, the variety of food, bars and snacks…we loved it all! And barely returned we are thinking about our next trip…
