Nothing Special But Memorable Created and Still Can Adjustable For A Transit Staying in Short Time

When I checked in I was take a late check in at 4:30pm and Everything just be done ready after 3 half hours,when I was entered room it’s was messed up FYI for guest want check in please checked first a cleanliness Cause Since I saw clear in My Eyes bedsheets dirty have a stains and hair in bedsheets and floor as well.door in bathroom has dried like a stains blood In door wall .Overall room look like not ready to used for check in but that’s pushed to used for staying To Guest and oldest looks . However Service can still adjustable And have to be patiently for waiting your request be done🙂 Bedsheets/duvet need more wash when I slept sometimes i felt itchiness in my legs •Big Thanks For Mr Security the one who took My Pictures and MyFriend when stayed there and For Mr Irwan and Mr Aldi and team from Housekeeping for arranging Towels Decorations But Take A Note Cleanliness Room is UNACCEPTABLE for guest waiting and used actually.Nothing Special For Breakfast Coffee was Messed up look only Hot water and Lemon Garnish the one I requested was Terrible but still adjustable to Dined. •For Ms Vina Reception Thank You for not delivery My Messages in Proper Way, •Please clearly have take note if communication not Clearly to ask Me repeatedly I hope it’s not happened to Other guests If they asked something not to be done anyhow To spoke with Duty Manager there have to be Patiently Waited if Guest Really needed Urgent.Kept it Up to Upgrading Your Service more Efficiently and Make Guest Satisfied Happy to Stay Even this Hotel For a Transit Specialist but still Cleanliness,Hygienist and Understanding for Communication need to be Improved.Thank You for Welcoming Me I Hope this things of My Experience not Happening to Other Guest Just Me and Only Me .I’m appreciate for Your Hard Work even I’m not satisfied Enough 🙂

I never thought i would come here again and again. There’s nothing special about the room, but wait untill you meet the staff. I know i’m staying at 3 stars hotel but in term of sevice it was beyond my expectation… it was amazing. From the parking staff, the receptionist, the room attendant, the waitress, even the manager were so friendly… the service was so personalized. They know what i want, most of them even greet me by name… i feel like i’m an important person… It was an amazing experience…

Awesome spa with therapis Lina, Kamma Spa. Really want to back again and again. The therapist service is excellent, good communication, professional, and know about body anatomy so we feel comfortable 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
