Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for rating your stay with us. We understand your concern regarding the payment process prior to arrival. Please allow us to clarify that, a pre-authorization is required in order to guarantee the reservation. This is a temporary hold on the card and is not a final charge. Depending on the card issuer, it may appear as a pending transaction. In your case, as the initial pre-authorization could not be completed, our team contacted you and provided a secure payment link as an alternative, which was successfully used to process part of the payment before arrival. The remaining balance was then settled at the hotel, in line with the reservation conditions. We appreciate that this may have caused confusion and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have created. Your feedback is valuable and will help us improve how we communicate payment procedures to our guests in the future.
