Dear Nonnie, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We are pleased that the comfort of our Sweet beds by Ibis and the variety of our buffet breakfast, available from 07:00 AM to 11:00 AM daily and until 12:00 on weekends, met your expectations. However, we apologize for the inconvenience you faced with the room and bathroom sizes. Our cosy rooms, located in the first building, are indeed compact but designed for functionality and modern comfort. Additionally, we regret to hear about the difficulties you experienced with the TV functionality. Our guest's satisfaction is of utmost importance, and we are always available to resolve such issues promptly. Moreover, we are sorry if our team seemed preoccupied; we strive to provide attentive and welcoming service at all times. Finally, we are delighted to know you appreciated our hotel's proximity to Amsterdam Central Station and the convenience it provides to both river and ocean cruise vessels, as well as being just 800 meters from the city center. This prime location allows our guests to easily explore Amsterdam's many attractions. We hope we will have the opportunity to see you again in the future. We are delighted that you found our rates quite reasonable, reflecting our commitment to providing value for our guests. We regret to hear that the room size and lack of certain amenities did not meet your expectations. Our cozy rooms are designed to be compact and efficient, and while they do not include a coffee machine or closet, we do offer rooms on our top floors with added amenities such as tea and coffee-making facilities. Additionally, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the unforeseen maintenance issue that required a relocation. We understand how disruptive this can be during a vacation and appreciate your patience during this time. Nonetheless, it is fantastic to know that you appreciated our hotel's prime location, just steps away from the central station and the charming canals of Old Amsterdam. We believe that our location is one of the highlights of staying with us, as it allows guests easy access to explore the city's rich history and attractions.
