This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and we have been more than happy with it each time. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Majante, she checked us in and her customer service skills were excellent, she was always happy to help as well. We will definitely be returning.

Very smooth ambiance, five star customer service and room facilities in a very affordable and reasonable price.

Stayed for 3 nights and booked my flight and hotel at trip.com. Arrived that the hotel closed to 10:00 pm. staff was very accommodating and very much willing to make sure guest have wonderful experience. Most of the staff has a first hand knowledge and recommedation on places and restaurant to visit and check out. very friendly and accommodating staff. highly recommended to everyone planning to visit Amsterdam. Double thumbs up. highly recommended.

Lovely location, very close to central station and city centre. Rooms were a tad small, but very comfortable. Staff very friendly. Didn’t have the breakfast. Very easy to walk with luggage from station, and very easy to walk around city from here.

Stayed for 1 night. Room was spotless and faced the canal so had a great view of the canal cruises going past. Breakfast was well set out and covered vegetarian options for my wife. A great touch is the little shop area with self serve which was a great touch at midnight.
