Otelden memnuniyetsiz ayrilmak zorunda kaldik , booking.com daki fotograflardaki gibi rahat oturum bir oda yok ,Odalar standartlardan ufak ve yuruyus holu oldukca dar , bir valizlik bile yer yok , son gunumuzde buyuk bir elektrik kesintisi oldu , butun otel calisamaz hale geldi , 7 inci kattan kendi valizlerimizi indirdik , ustune kapi acilmadi iki kez daha indik ciktik , ben odememin geei verilmesini istiyorum

My sincerest apologies for any inconvenience you encountered during your stay. As for the size of the room, I see you stayed in one of our so called cosy rooms, which are indeed quite compact. If you like to have a little more space, you can also consider booking one of our standard sized rooms, which measure about 5m2 more and include also a bit more spacious bathroom. Otherwise you are more likely to find bigger rooms outside of the center. As for the power cut, my sincerest apologies for this. Unfortunately things like this are out of our control, and the team that day did their uttermost best to minimize the consequences. Nevertheless we understand it was hugely inconvenient to our guests. Therefore I would like to offer you a refund for the room rate of the last night you stayed. ben hem Türkiye de hem de yurtdışında genellikle IBIS otellerini tercih ediyorum ama bu kez biraz üzülerek ayrıldım. odalarda buzdolabı yoktu , lambaların bazılarının ampulleri bozuktu. duş için terlik yoktu. Otelin tren istasyonunun üzerinde olduğunu en baştan anlamamıştım. personel , lobi vs ise çok iyiydi.

Tuvalet çok küçük, duş kötü akıyor. Duvarlar çok ince koridordaki ayak sesi bile içeri giriyor. Asla ev konforu yok. Ama çalışanların üzerinde evinize hoş geldiniz yazıyor. Yazık!

Otelin konumu mükemmeldi. Metro ve Tren istasyonunun yanında şehrin kalbinde bir otel. sadece odalar çok küçüktü.

Odalarda en ufak bir yenileme yok zira 15 sene içinde 3üncü konaklamam ama bir mm. yenileme yapılmamış. Oda m2 lerinin dar olduğunu tamam biliyoruz ama havlu kaliteleri, house keper ların sabah sonrası temizlik kalitesi, odalarda dolap olmayışı tam anlamıyla felaket. Haa IBIS standartı derseniz kaldığımız yaklaşık 160 Euro fiyata daha sonra çok daha kaliteli oteller bulduk ama maalesef iptal edilmeyen fiyat diye onuda yapamadık. Özetle hiç kimseye tavsiye etmem.

I'm very sorry to learn you rate your stay only a one out of ten, this is off course not the kind of experience we strive to deliver to our guests. You mention the room was not renovated, this is correct indeed. Last year we renovated the first of the two buildings, in which the entree is located, and the cosy rooms. The other building in which you stayed, containing the standard and premium rooms is still to be renovated, we will start this in January. Also you mentioned there was no safe in the room, this surprises me a bit actually, as all of our rooms are equipped with a safety box to use for the guests free of charge. Furthermore we have bigger lockers available downstairs next to the lobby. As for the towels, I'm sorry to learn you found them not to be comfortable. The towels are the same standard for all hotels within the Accor group, however should there be anything wrong please do not hesitate to ask for other ones. As for the rates, Amsterdam is unfortunately known to be quite pricey. Our rates are competitive for the market, and change in regard to availability. Therefore I always advise guests to book in advance through accorhotels.com to find the best available rates. Thank you once more for your feedback, which is most valuable to us, and it is my hope you will give us a chance to better serve you in the future. Perhaps when the premium rooms are also renovated. Our rooms are indeed not equipped with mini-bars, because that is not part of the Ibis product. However, we do offer our guest the possibility to keep items refrigerated downstairs with our colleagues at the front office. Additionally, we have kettles available on request. Lastly, I am happy to read that you enjoyed our breakfast and renowned staff members. Due to our great central location, next to the central station and right in the centre of Amsterdam, it can be sometimes noisy outside. Our rooms are provided with a soundproofing window system to keep the noise outside. In case you should stay with us again, then it is always possible to request a room on the front side of the hotel or on a higher floor. Otelin doğum günümüzü bile atlamayıp odaya tebrik kartı ve ikram koyması şahaneydi. Çok güzel manzaralı ve sessiz bir odada konakladık. Tek sorun 4 günlük konaklamada Banyo'da yanıp sönen(bozuk) ayna ışığının HK tarafından fark edilmemesi oldu.

Istasyona yakin konumu cok guzel pratik bir otel, fakat Turkiye’de ki Ibis standardini beklemek hayalkirikligi olur, hostelden biraz kaliteli otel. Housekeeperlarin bastan savma oda toparlamasi, ve denetlenmemeleri neticesinde lekeli carsaf ve nevresimler mevcuttu...
