We are delighted that you found the condition of our hotel to be up to standard and that the quality of our shower facilities met your expectations. Our recent renovations in 2018 have certainly played a part in ensuring our guests enjoy modern comforts. However, we regret that your previous experience at an Accor property did not fully satisfy you. We understand that every aspect of a guest's stay is crucial, and we are always striving to provide the best possible experience. Nonetheless, it is fantastic to know that our staff left a lasting impression with their welcoming and efficient service. Dear Charles, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are delighted that you enjoyed the premium suite, the view of the canal, the presence of hot water, and the clean sheets provided. Our team strives to offer a warm welcome and ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, so it is great to hear that you found our staff friendly and helpful. However, we apologize for the issues you encountered with the bathroom, including the ventilation and the cleanliness. We understand that the room temperature was not to your satisfaction, and we regret to hear that the space heater did not adequately resolve the issue. We will review your comments with our team to ensure we maintain the high standards we set for our guest experiences. Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. We are pleased that you found our location convenient, situated near the city center and within easy reach of Amsterdam's key attractions. Our central location is indeed a highlight for many of our guests, offering the perfect starting point to explore the beauty of Amsterdam. However, we regret to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the amenities, we provide a selection of toiletries in line with our commitment to sustainability, and our eco-friendly approach may limit single-use items like plastic cups, which are replaced during regular housekeeping services. We understand your concerns about the absence of a toothbrush, we do have toothbrushes available at the reception which you could receive. We offer tea and coffee-making facilities as well as complimentary mineral water in our premium rooms, and while we do not provide kettles in standard rooms, hot water is available at the reception. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding at the bar, and we truly value the patronage of all our guests, regardless of the services they are utilizing. We are sorry to hear that our service did not match the positive experiences you've had at other Accor hotels, and we will ensure our team is reminded of the importance of attentive and inclusive service. Finally, we are delighted that you are a fan of the Accor brand and have enjoyed stays at our other properties.
