We sincerely apologize that your recent stay did not meet expectations and regret the inconvenience caused by the room condition and breakfast experience. Regarding the toilet light, our Engineering team has already checked the room to correct the switch malfunction. As for the disposable slippers, Mövenpick Living West Hanoi follows Accor’s environmental policy, which limits the use of single-use plastic or disposable items to support sustainable operations. However, fabric slippers are always available upon request, and our Housekeeping team would be pleased to deliver them at any time. We also acknowledge your comments on cleanliness and breakfast variety and are reinforcing both housekeeping inspection standards and menu rotation to enhance quality and freshness. We truly appreciate your time and constructive feedback, which helps us improve our guest experience.
