新飯店雖然舒服，但服務不到位

Gold Member也被當成一般客人對待，房間沒升等我無所謂，但是Welcome Drink也沒有，訂Suite房，跟我說Premiere Lounge不供應早餐，要我另外付費買早餐，這我就不能接受了，住過那麼多雅高集團的飯店，這我還是第一次碰到。 我訂了2 Bedroom Suite，附設簡單的廚具，有鍋碗瓢盆但是沒有洗碗精跟海綿，用過了的餐具也沒辦法洗。 入住４人，只給了390ml的水４罐，是要我們省著點喝嗎？ Premiere Lounge的Happy Hour菜色只能用寒酸來形容，這真的是Movenpick嗎？ 前幾個晚上住Novotel，Premiere Lounge的餐食菜色、酒水選擇都是Movenpick的數倍之多，早知道我就繼續住Novotel Thai Ha了。 浴室裡的冷熱水龍頭設定有問題，沒辦法調整到舒適的溫度，總是太熱，調到適當溫度之後，沒多久又變成冷水。 唯一可以稱讚的是床墊品質還不錯，軟硬適中，支撐性也不錯，枕頭也還可以，算是睡了舒服的覺。

在之前的差旅都是住這裡, 體驗很好, 但這次入住不知道為什麼浴缸不見了, 而且洗澡水壓比較弱。其他的都跟以前我住宿的經驗差不多。
