We stayed at this hotel on a Saturday when it was at full capacity—right after the earthquake, with many Bangkok residents flocking to Chonburi for a getaway. Despite the overwhelming number of guests, the staff remained incredibly friendly, always serving with a smile and going above and beyond to provide excellent service. The hotel offers great amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, due to the high number of guests, the already limited parking became even scarcer. Thankfully, the security team managed the situation well, assisting guests in finding spots and making the parking process as smooth as possible. Overall, we were very impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff. Their dedication truly made our stay enjoyable, even under such busy circumstances. Highly recommended!
