We sincerely apologize for the shortcomings you experienced with room servicing, including the replenishment of drinking water, towels, and toilet paper. We regret that you had to repeatedly contact our Front Office team for assistance. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we understand the inconvenience this caused. We understand how frustrating it can be when the restaurant becomes overcrowded and there are insufficient tables available during peak hours.
