가격에 비해 호텔안의 먼지도 매우 많았고, 수영장 물 관리가 제대로 되지않아 더러웠습니다. 풀파티를 한다고 해서 갔더니 추가요금이 있었고, 그 거품이 다른 풀장까지 침범해서 더러워졌고, 그 거품은 다음날에다른풀 일부 구간에 그대로 있었습니다. 그리고, 뷔페는 나라별로 있지만 정말 하나하나 너무 맛이 없었고, 과일또한 신선하지 못했습니다. 캐리어를 받는 직원또한 매우 불친절 하였습니다.

캠비치가 바로 앞에 있으며, 선셋타운과 가까워 좋았다. 조경이 잘 되어있고, 수영장 여러개로 아이들이 놀기 좋다. 다만 풀바는 관리가 안되고있는 것 같아 아쉬웠다. 팬트하우스 2배드룸 프라이벳 풀에서 머물렀는데, 룸 컨디션이 좋았으며, 직원들이 친절하고, 편안한 숙박이였다.

모두 좋았으나 아쉬웠던 점이 개선되길 바라며 남깁니다. 객실의 청소 상태가 아쉬웠고 ( 테이블 의자 밑에 이전 투숙객이 남긴 라면 부스러기와 과자가 있었어요. 커튼 밑, 창문 틀, 객실 문 뒷편, 곳곳에 먼지가 보였습니다.) 객실의 갯수, 투숙 인원에 비해 조식당이 하나뿐이라 조식당이 매우 혼잡 했습니다. 이 두가지만 개선이 된다면 정말 최고의 호텔로 거듭날 것 같아요!
