We had a wonderful time at the Premier Village Phu Quoc. Although there was a problem with our showering facilities on the first night, and there were some hiccups in fixing it, the issue was eventually resolved with the assistance of the duty manager Derek and his team. We find the staff at the resort first-rate. Everyone is courteous and friendly. We are particularly impressed by Hai in the restaurant Market who is most pleasant and competent. We say this not only because she greeted us with a lovely smile every morning but because we witnessed her treating all the guests with the same attentiveness and courtesy, always keeping an eye on things to make sure that they are satisfied. Although we had only spent a few days at the restaurants, we could tell that the team, including Ngo, Xuan, Tune, Duy, and all the others are determined to providing excellent service to the hotel guests. For us, we were hugely satisfied, both with the food and the service. Finally, we saw workers quietly attending to maintenance work of the resort from time to time, cleaning the roofs, painting the railings, pruning trees, spraying insecticide, etc., thus keeping the resort in a neat and nice condition despite its vastness. Would certainly come back for another visit.

9 unforgettable days and nights at Premier Village Resort 🌴☀️

We had a absolutely amazing time at Premier Village, we stayed for 9 nights in a ocean view villa. The villas are HUUUGE, and the views just breathtaking. The resort is really big, it is a peninsula island with it's own rain forest with monkeys and other wild animals inside the resort. Our villa was located on the "sunset beach", which was perfect not only for the amazing sunset but also because the wind mostly came from the other side of the island, making the sunset beach very calm and nice. But the thing that surprised us the most was the service level, it was truly 10/10! My wife had some insect bites that became infected, and when we arrived to Premier Village the hostess that showed us around our villa looked at it and said "I ask the nurse to come here and take a look at it". 10 minutes later they nurse "On" came and she said that my wife would need antibiotics to treat the bites. She then arranged so a taxi came with antibiotics from the town, delivered to our villa within 1 hour! Everything costed only 90,000 VND (3.5 USD).. She (On) then came once a day to our villa to check on the bites and how the antibiotics worked. This service didn't cost anything extra! We also got amazing service from the customer service team in the app. All questions we had they answered with in minutes most of the time and if we need anything we got it, for example a softer "topper" (bed mattress) to our bed. The service overall has just been the best we experienced by far! We want to give special thanks to below staff at Premier Village, making out stay unforgettable; Lucy (hostess, showing us around and making sure we had a good time) On (the nurse, so nice and wonderful person!) Phoebe & Dulcie (customer service, for all our questions and wishes in the app messaging service). Thank you for a wonderful 9 nights and days that we will never forget 🌴☀️🌊🍋🍉🍌
